The villa is located at the second line with direct sea view, 70m from the sea front, but slightly above the shore, this Consignor gives great views.

The villa is built in the 80s but it's in good shape, and got fully redecorated per November 2014-February 2015, with all new furniture Brought up to standard with all things needed for a comfortable stay.

The villa has 6 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms, a living room of 60m2 with a sofa couch. Sleeps 15.

The terrace is 300m2 between the base floor and the main floor.

The Pool is nearly twice the size of a normal pool, 90m3.

Nice chill-out area, and a nice BBQ area with abundant size.

2 Satellite dishes give access to the UK Sky Box with 1000+ UK channels, and an Astra Satellite with 1000+ European channels.

7 Silent Panasonic Air Conditioners.

Amazing Holiday in Albir

We had a 10 day stay in Marco's amazing villa at the end of June, direct flight from Cork to Alicante and then a short drive to the villa (40/50mins) From the minute we arrived we could completely relax. Marco met us on arrival and showed us around and told us where everything was and how it all worked. The minute we had the bags unloaded from the car it was straight into the pool!

The house has everything you would need, it is a proper party house, with LOADS of glasses & crockery for entertaining. We were on holidays for a friends wedding and hosted a BBQ for over 20 people before it at the villa and there was no shortage of glasses for drinks for everyone. The BBQ is set up so that it is so easy to get started and the outdoor fridge for drinks is brilliant as saves you having to go inside the whole time to top up!! The outdoor seating areas are gorgeous, The LED lighting draped across the bamboo seating area really comes into its own once the sun sets. It is just a gorgeous outdoor area. The night lights around the pool really just creates a beautiful atmosphere.

Albir is only 10 minutes from Benidorm and such a nice little town, only a few minutes walk from the house we were down by the beach which had a strip of restaurants - Coco Loco is definitely worth a trip - their strawberry daiquiri's were lovely!! A quiet enough town but perfect for small kids. Being only 10 minutes from Benidorm we visited Mundo mar (Sea World) and the Zoo (Terra Natura) There is plenty to do in the local area, but to be honest we spent a good bit of time at the house as it had everything we needed. (pool, table tennis, sun loungers, covered outdoor seating for toddlers etc)

This is a house we would DEFINITELY go back to and have already passed on Marco's details to most of the people we had over for the BBQ as they all thought it was amazing!! We will be back again!!

Beautiful Villa, wonderful property and pool!

We were 8 Norwegians, staying in this house for 11 nights, during July. 4 children and 4 grown-ups. The outdoor aera is just beautiful! Sunbeds, sitting- and eating- aeras, always a place to relax in the shadow, and most importantly (for the 4 children in the Family, aged 4 to 15) a fantastic outdoor swimmingpool! The ping-pong table outside also came in handy every evening, as we played tournaments with the children.

Inside the house, we found everything we needed... Micro wave owen, coffee machine, waterheater and toaster, to mention a few. A long table to seat 8 People, a big couch to relax on in the evenings, comfortable beds and Nice bathrooms. We found the house clean and wonderful upon arrival.

The owner, Marco, is a very nice man. He went all the way to make us feel comfortable and welcome in the house. We received all the information needed, and a couple of days after arrival, the caretaker David, came by, to make sure everything was ok, and that we were enjoying our stay:-)

The aera around the house is also pleasant. A nice park lies right in front of the house, and the famous Nationalpark lies just 200 metres up the street from the house. A wonderful 2,5 kilometres walk to the lighthouse is strongly recommended. The beach lies about 7 minutes walk from the house (4,5€ a day for a sunbed and 4,5€ a day for a parasol). The nearest supermarked "Consum" is about 10 minutes walk away. You do not need a car:-) Benidorm is not far, about 10 minutes travel by taxi, cost approxomately 10 €. The bus takes a little longer, and was 1,40€. Line 10 went to Benidorm. We visited Mundomar in Benidorm, this was very fun, especially for the kids. They had dolphinshows, Sealions, Parrots etc.... Also highly recommended. The children we travelled with, are 4, 6, 13 and 15 years old, and they all enjoyed both the house, and the stay in Albir!

So, to wrap it up, we will absolutely recommend this house to everyone, comming to Albir for a great vacation. The outdoor aera is just beautiful. Here a big family can relax and have a lovely time, while the children enjoys the pool. The eating aera allows everyone to sit around the same table, in the shadow, enjoying homemade barbecue from the nice outdoor grill. Also, clever, a refrigerator outside in the barbecue zone, so you do not have to og inside to grab yoyr beer;-) This would also be a fantastic house to rent if you are travelling without kids, and want to go with a group of good friends.

Een echte aanrader

Opvallend was al meteen bij aankomst dat de villa mooier en groter is dan geadverteerd, met echt alles erop en eraan, en alles in overvloed.

Wij waren met ons 2en en dat was knus, maar zelfs voor 15 mensen is er genoeg plek, ook om op diverse plekken een eigen plekje te zoeken om een boek te lezen ofzo.

Wij kozen Albir omdat het de meest levendige plek is aan de Costa Blanca; de locatie van dit huis is goed, wij hoorden dat dit aan “de golden mile” ligt en dat klopt zeker.

Het contact met Marco de eigenaar en David de huisbewaarder was bijzonder cordiaal, snel en compleet.

Wat met name was aan te bevelen gedurende ons korte winter verblijf was de prefecte centrale verwarming, de geweldige matrassen en de Bose home cinema met zelfs Nederlandse kanalen.

Een echte aanrader.

Great location and very comfortable villa to stay

We have just returned from a great stay at this villa. It is a very comfortable and well equipped place to stay and enjoy this part of the Costa Blanca. Also very well run and cared for, which is a refreshing change from some of the other places we have stayed.

The pool is lovely and clean, wonderful to wake up to every morning!

Also the villa's ideal location to the beach and all the varied eating places made it relaxing a stress free.

All in all we had a wonderful time and so happy to be returning.

Prachtig huis met prachtig uitzicht

Mooi huis, nieuw en fris met uitzicht op zee en de kust... beter zelfs dan wat de fotos ons deden vermoeden. Hebben onze boeking voor 2017 alweer vastgelegd, want dit is wellicht de beste woning die we in de afgelopen jaren hebben mogen huren. Hartelijk dank aan eigenaar Marco en huisbewaarder David voor hun vriendelijke en uiterst professionele aanpak en service.

Villa idéale pour passer des vacances entre amis !

Vue imprenable sur Albir avec restaurants, plages & commerces en tout genre à proximité !

Grande piscine où l'on resterait la journée avec un spacieux patio moderne & très agréable ! Maison très propre et moderne également avec tous les équipements nécessaires.

Accueil très chaleureux de David & très bon contact avec Marco le propriétaire !

My villa is abundantly prepared for weekly rental. I have bought all new furniture, new beds, everything new, in 2015 When starting to rent this villa, and keep this up to standard.

The renting experience tells me That I am getting many satisfied families, high occupancy rates, everybody happy.

In bought this villa for myself to live in while not renting out: it has impressive views, during the evening When things quiet down we can hear the sea. At the sametime it's not only looking at the sea, it's integrated in the village with a nice public petanque parque opposite the villa, and the road surrounding the villa leads in 200 meters to the entrance of the national natural park.

It's located at 300m from the first restaurant, 400 meters from Albir center, the supermarket, the shops so you do not need a car, it's a 5 minutes walk. It's a 3 minute walk to the entrance of the natural parque with the lighthouse a great place for jogging, walking and pic nic.
