This newly constructed property (2017) is located within a small gated enclave that offers resort style pool, club house, and fitness center. The property is located a stones throw from a local park and around the corner from a major shopping center.

Enjoy nearby access to Ospreys historic Spanish Point offering serine nature walks through lush tropical waterfront landscapes. Drive to exclusive Casey Key to enjoy the ocean views; minutes to Venice Beach, Nokomis Beach or world-famous Siesta Key Beach. Restaurants, shopping, hiking, and golf are all available nearby as well as the Legacy Trail, a 12.5-mile multi-use recreational trail running between Sarasota near Palmer Ranch and Venice. Sarasota, known for its museums, symphony, opera, and the white sands of Siesta Key beach, is a few miles to the north, while Venice, with its quaint shops and miles of unspoiled beaches, is to the south.

Osprey/Bay Street Condo

We really enjoyed this condo. It has a well stocked kitchen. Nice open floor plan. Cozy family room, and nice sized bedrooms, with roomy closets. Master bath and walk-in shower was very nice. We enjoyed watching the alligator sunning and swimming in the pond behind the condo. We recommend this condo.

This place was so clean and cozy! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view of the pond. The pool area was so nice! Great place to stay!

Awesome Place

This beautiful condo is even better than the pictures. Very spacious, clean, gorgeous decor, and overlooks nice lake with loads of wildlife to overlook and observe. Loved the beautiful heated pool and surroundings. The location is near to so many amenities, parks, and beauty. Very convenient to some great restaurants, i.e. the Pointe and Evie's Tiki Bar, Max's Table for breakfast/lunch, etc. Short trips to Venice or Sarasota were memorable. Great place to share with girlfriends and hubby. I would definitely recommend this piece of paradise to anyone. Grateful to Chio and Christine for allowing me to spend precious time and memories.

After 6 years renting in Orlando and enjoying the more exciting part of Florida, we thought it time to change things up a bit and relax by the Gulf so we purchase a home in Osprey to start this next phase of our lives. We hope that you will be able to enjoy our new place as much as we do when we are here to decompress. We are dedicated to making your stay as pleasant as ours!

Why they chose this property

We opted away from a single home with a pool to a maintenance-free living and resort-type home. We found this in the Bay Street Village in Osprey as it features very attractive townhomes with a resort-style swimming pool with comfortable cabanas and a modern fitness center. This community is very friendly and well kept. We definitely feel like it's our home away from home!

What makes this property unique

Access to so many beaches; the white sandy beaches of Casey Key can be accessed from Blackburn Point Rd, Nokomis Beach, Venice Beach and of course the Siesta Key Beach which ranked #1 In USA! A Wal-Mart Super Center open 24hr is within walking distance and everything you can imagine accessible from the Tamiamy Trail (I41).
