About this property

The villa is situated in the heart of Tuscany hills, between Volterra, famous etruscan and medieval city, and San Gimignano, famous all over the world for its characteristic towers. It' s also surraunded by 5 hectares of country with a little wood and a nice little lake. There is also a parking area.
The farmhouse is the ideal way to spend a quiet holiday and pets are welcome. Outside there is a swimming pool there is a big olive grove all around. There's also a nice barbeque area with space for eating and a children's play-ground.If you've your own pc you can use for free or wi-fi connection.

The apartment is located downstairs:

Independent entrance.
The porch is covered from a ceiling of chestnut beams including table and chairs for relaxing times.
The ceiling is made of chestnut beams and the chandeliers and the lamps are in handmade "terracotta" and alabaster of Volterra.

Kurzurlaub im Herzen der Toskana

Insgesamt sehr schön, gute Tipps der Vermieterin. Allerdings waren in dem Haus insgesamt 3 Apartements und nicht wie durch FeWo angegeben das gesamte Haus.

Amazing farmhouse in a fantastic location with easy routes to all the major towns & cities such as Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, etc. The property is in fantastic condition and has large extensive grounds.

Hi, I'm Katia and with my family I work in agriturismo La fonte from 2005. I was born in Volterra in 1977 and I love this area. My passion is cook (I'm not a Master Chef, but I like to cook Italian dishes and eat them with my family and my friends (my friends are also my guestes!).

Why they chose this property

I suggest you to have an holiday at agriturismo La fonte because is avery quite place, in the middle of Tuscany's hills and very close to the village (called Villamagna: it's a caratteristic Tuscany's village with shops and services). From here is easy visit the most important Tuscany's cities: Florence, Siena, Lucca and Siena (45/50 minutes by car). In 15 minutes you can go in Volterra and in 20 minutes in San Giminano.Since 1 year we opened our craft brewery 3 km far from the agriturismo: we produce organic cereal and we make beer with them. There's a tap room where you can taste our beers.
