GENIAL
Nous étions 5. 2 adultes et 3 adolescents de 17 et 15 ans. Avec ces deux salles de bains et deux Wc nous ne nous sommes jamais gênés. Les adultes couchés sur la banquette qui se transformait en un lit très confortable tandis que les adolescents dormaient dans la chambre. La literie était très confortable également La cuisine très bien équipée. L'appartement est très bien consu et très bien placé pour pouvoir visiter Venise à pieds. Quartier très agréable et calme. Le plus de cet appartement est que des fenêtres et des le matin bonne heure ont peut voir passer des gondoles. Merci à notre hôte pour son accueil.

A great place to experience Venice!
Gondolas passing by your living room window every few minutes, a great way to experience Venice! The private dock also made for very convenient loading and unloading on the water taxis. Water taxis were expensive, but for the convenience well worth it! it was also a good and very private location and everything in Venice for the most part is walking distance.

Perfect in every way!
I am so glad that we stayed in MIrella’s apartment in Cannaregio. The location was away from the main tourist area but still close enough to reach it within a Short walk. We felt like we were living in Venice instead of just visiting. Mirella and her son Federico were extremely helpful and accommodating with our check in time and let us store luggage while the apartment was being prepared. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to have the washer /dryer machine. We also cooked s few meals in the apartment - it is very close to food stores. We loved using the private dock on departure and really appreciated that Federico arranged the taxi for us. My children ages 11 and 15 got a kick out of watching the gondolas go by. The beds were also very comfortable and the air conditioning was a blessing as it was quite hot during our visit. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity to return.

Dream apartment
The apartment is located off the beaten path, making it a quiet location with just gondolas and other boats going by. Yet it is close local restaurants (all very good). Apartment is accessible by water taxi for both arrival and departure if arranged with the owner. The interior of the apartment is well appointed and totally updated with high-end appliances. I slept on the pull out couch and it was very comfortable. My cousin had the double bed and she slept well too. This owner meets you and does a walk through explaining the property and the neighborhood and provides a book on how to work the TV and wifi. Also a map of Venice. Unless you are familiar with Venice do expect to get lost as the streets are not well marked. Bring your GPS and enjoy being a local by staying in this neighborhood. Since this apartment is within walking distance of the train station we used this apartment as a base for train travel to Milan & the Dolomites while in Venice. I hope to stay here again.
