Home away from Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third year renting the same house. There are many features about this house that we especially like - the roominess of the house, the layout of the house, location to the recreation center, location in general, and every year updates are made to the house whuch are needed for an older property. Even though we cannot go in the pool because it is too cold, it makes the lanai a very pleasant place to relax. Downhome Properties goes above and beyond to help! (There are two snakes on the outside wall of the pool. Saw them last couple of days we were there) you can leave this off of display.

a ten day stay

enjoyed our stay at this location the pool area is great, and has total privacy. The pool (because of no heater) was cold but we used it anyway. Some furnishing could be updated, but all and all we thoroughly enjoyed our time

Central Florida location makes visits to Orlando, many State and National Parks, plus the Gulf and Atlantic coasts possible in a day.
