Exellent week-end détente à Pornic !

Nous avons passé un agreable week-end. Passer un réveillon du nouvel an tranquille, et bien ce fut chose faite chez Mr Tramaux ! Un accueil chaleureux pour passer un moment sympa dans un studio très cosy avec vue sur le magnifique jardin ! Pas de bruit, tres bien équipé, très propre, à proximité de beaux lieux pour les balades en front de mer comme on les aime, tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir bien et ne se soucier de rien. L'adresse est bien gardée donc plus besoin de chercher une autre location pour revenir à Pornic ! A tres bientôt Mr Tramaux !! Pascal & Katia

Super séjour

On a apprécié notre court séjour, le studio est très confortable, lumineux et bien équipé. La vue dégagée sur le jardin est très agréable. L'accueil est juste parfait. On reviendra très certainement.

Kleines Appartement für kurzen Aufenthalt

1. die Lage, Verkehrsanbindung und fussläufig nach Pornic sehr gut, Meer ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß, schöner Garten. 2. Vermieterangabe zu Waschmaschine und Trockner ist sehr Fantasie voll. Es gab im Appartement dazu nix, dafür kann man seine Dreckwäsche dem Vermieter geben, der wäscht dann. 3. das Appartement war zu unserer Zeit jeden Tag durch Baulärm beschallt. Morgens weckte uns eine Schneidemaschine für Dachpfannen und die lief immer wieder. An Ruhephase für ein Nickerchen in der Mittagszeit war auch nicht zu denken. Auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter kam die Antwort „ wird morgen wohl vorbei sein“… war aber nicht. Und da sind noch mehr Gebäude direkt nebenan in Bau…. Abschließend ist zu sagen, das Appartement kann während einem solchen Baulärm mit vermietet werden oder es muss ein klarer Hinweis kommen. Gegen den Erholungssuchenden Urlauber ist das inakzeptabel .
