1 hr 15 min from Medford and you can enjoy the serenity of your own dock and peaceful ski lake hidden away along the Kalamath River on remote Copco Lake. Bring your boat and enjoy water sports, fishing, quads or hiking along the river.

Nestled under the shade of a variety of trees, the cabin fronts a no wake zone and the beach gently slopes into the water from a grassy area. There is also an additional flat grassy lawn perfect for picnics or badminton. After your day on the lake enjoy a night on the covered deck, in the hot tub or around the wood stove.

Enjoy views of the lake in our 7 seat hot tub and the convenience of being just steps from the patio.

Three bedrooms: Queen bed in loft with incredible views down the lake, Queen bedroom and one room with Queen and Twin with trundle. Plus pull out couch in the living room. Bathroom boasts a two headed shower and separate tub perfect for soaking away the day.

Available for use are 2 paddle boards, a canoe, tandem kayak, 2 sit on top kayaks and assorted water toys (more to come by summer) as well as bocce ball and other yard games. Indoors we have toys and shelves stocked with board games to play, puzzles and cards as well as a few movies to enjoy while snuggled up around the wood stove.

While we don't live in the neighborhood, we are available via phone during your stay.

The remote location of Copco Lake makes for an amazingly private boating and vacationing experience. We know you'll fall in love with Dockside Dream and it will quickly become one of your favorite destinations

Other than happy residents, there isn't much out at the lake. You'll want to bring extra fuel for your boat as there aren't any gas stations or convenience stores unless you're willing to travel 30 to 60 minutes.

Note: Copco Lake is a reservoir. It is a warm water lake which makes it great for early and late season water sports, however, during several weeks in the summer algae grows in the water. We believe it to be safe, but at times in the late summer there are warnings about the water safety. You will have to do your own research about Copco lake. We cannot guarantee the water visibility as temperatures quickly change the growth of the algae. Please visit our beautiful lake prior to reserving the cabin if you feel this would deter your stay as lake conditions will not be reason enough to cancel reservations.

While rare, there are times when the power company releases water from the reservoir to maintain the dam, etc. We cannot guarantee the water level. If we are aware of a coming water level change, we will notify impacted reservations.
In efforts to keep cleaning costs down and not unnecessarily wash linens, please strip the beds you use, place used towels in the bathtub, wash dishes, close windows and lock doors before leaving. Also, don't forget to remove your login from the Roku TV. We can't wait to see you again!
