This ground-floor oceanfront condo is a slice of heaven. Step out your back door to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. About 50 minutes away from Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. 10 minutes away from Port Canaveral and all the major cruise lines. Home of Kennedy Space Center see and FEEL the rocket launches from your balcony.

Family-friendly beach, no cars allowed, active sea turtle nesting area. Lots of sand to bury Dad and lots of quiet for Mom to take a break and relax. Take a jog in the morning and a romantic stroll at sunset. Plenty of fishing right from shore or take a deep-sea fishing excursion from the Port. Step out of the ocean into the heated pool with chaise lounges for sunning, deck chairs for resting, and tables for just hanging out.

Beautiful

We had an amazing time at this property, check in was incredibly easy and the condo is perfect. We really had everything we needed. It was the perfect home away from home.

Great Value

Well-stocked, clean, and comfortable unit that is beachfront with an easy access walkway across the sand dunes. It’s an older property that Rex has modernized with a new kitchen and appliances. Check-in process was flawless and access to the garage was a definite plus. Location in Cocoa Beach is very central with many restaurants, coffee shops close by.

Excellent location

We enjoyed a few nights at this awesome, ocean front condo! Truly a few steps from the beach & pool, this first floor condo is great!! Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of soaps, cleaning supplies, a washer-dryer, and more chairs, beach supplies, etc than you’ll ever need!

Great location and Comfortably Furnished.

The condo has a spectacular view and is in a great location. The kitchen is very nice and outfitted with the essentials. The “high top” dining table is particularly handy. The entire condo is well furnished and comfortable. The outside of the property is well maintained and the pool is very nice. We had a fun month and would definitely return. It would be helpful if the closets were cleaned out, two of the closets are not usable because they are full of beach “stuff”. Also, the patio furniture needs to be replaced. The condo has been updated and is very comfortable and convenient. It was also very helpful to have the garage so we could store our bikes, Thanks for a great month.
