This duplex has 2 floors. Upstairs it has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with bunk beds and two sofa bed, plus a bathroom and a balcony.
The ground floor has a living room (with TV, DVD and stereo), fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, juicer, kettle, washing machine, dryer ...) , a shower room and a large terrace with barbecue.
There is air conditioning on both floors, Internet access throughout the house.
The urbanization has a large pool, one for children, table tennis and paddle tennis community. It is closed and has surveillance cameras. In the public areas internet.
This house is ideal if you want to base yourself in Meloneras but don't want to be right in the centre of the resort. It is about 15 minutes walk downhill to Costa Meloneras to all the restaurant, cafes, shops and beaches. This was ideal for our holiday. There is a large Mercadona supermarket just a few minutes walk from the property.
The house was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The rear patio was lovely and very private. It had a large awning to provide shade when required. The property is in a lovely residential complex and the house has the added bonus of an underground car park space.
We were met at the property by Maria Isabel and her son David who showed us around the house and explained everything to us. They were very friendly and even provided a welcome pack which included local biscuits and chocolates.
We would definitely recommend this property if you are thinking about staying in Meloneras.

We got a warm welcome of the owners. There was a basket on the kitchen table with all kind of sweets and a text in Dutch! The house is exactly what you could expect from the pictures on the website. It is clean and comfortable to stay. The house is located at the outside of the Residence, which give you a feeling of more space, freedom. It is also a corner house and it has nice plants in the garden. It's a bit noisy, but that didn't bother us. We were glad that the WiFi worked well. From the Residence you can walk to the Playa Meloneras, but if you prefer to go by car, it 's possible to park nearby. You can also walk to a supermarkt, it 's less than 5 minutes. So we were satisfied about the house. During our stay we couldn't use the swimming pool because of a restauration. That was a disapointment, but the owners offered us a free meal at a Mexican restaurant. We can recommend this restaurant: Tex Mex Chili's.
We stayed for the first time at this house and it was very good, everything you want or needed was there.we recommend it to every one with kids .
The owners welcomed us when we came and are very friendly and give good information .we hope to come back in the future.only min point was the swimming pool was closed for renovation or cleaning and we could not use it .beach is 2 Km of the house , you need car if you want to see anything of Gran Canaria ,we liked the time we had here .thank you
Wir wurden vom deutschspechenden Vermieterpaar sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie zeigten uns das Haus und den Tiefgaragenstellplatz unter der Wohnanlage. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, weil die Anlage etwas abseits liegt. Mit dem Auto ist man aber schnell am Strand. Die Beschreibung des Hauses stimmt mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Das Vermieterpaar kümmerte sich soga darum, dass uns morgens der Bäcker auch Brötchen und Croissants zum Haus brachte. Ca. im Oktober 2016 macht ein größerer Supermarkt ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt auf. Praktisch ist, dass man vor oder hinter dem Haus an einem Tisch sitzen kann. Dadurch kann man immer im Schatten sitzen. Außerdem besitzt das Haus eine große Markise. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Reihenhaussiedlung im spanischen Stil, welches auf der rechten Seite eine Entfernung von ca. 4 Metern zum nächsten Haus hat. Direkt vor dem Haus kann man längstens eine halbe Stunde halten. Danach kostenloser Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Den Vermieter kann man täglich nachmittags bei Problemen anrufen. Vermieter kümmert sich um Probleme und hilft. Vom Vermieter wurden uns Handtücher und Flüssigseife zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus war sauber und die Matrazen gut.
Residencial bien ubicado, cercano a Meloneras y Maspalomas y otras de las mejores playas del sur (Amadores, Puerto Rico, Puerto Mogan, etc.) y centros comerciales ( entre 5 y 15 minutos en coche).
Vivienda confortable recomendable para familias con niños.
Todo tipo de equipamiento: lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas, microondas, menaje, toallas, sábanas secador de pelo, WiFi, música.
También cuenta en sus instalaciones con piscina paddle y parking.
Ambiente familiar y tranquilo.
Trato agradable y cordial con los propietarios, con total disposición para cualquier petición o consulta.
The development is located 900 meters from the Meloneras beach, a quiet family beach.
There you find a nice long walk that takes you to the Faro de Maspalomas. On this tour you will find good restaurants, cafes with live music and plenty of shops.
Activities and attractions
A few minutes drive you have a variety of attractions for fun and visit. You'll find the amusement park largest island open daily. There is also the South Park where you can walk and play sports.
Nearby is a water park where you can enjoy with your family and Palmitos Park where you can spend a day seeing all the animals.
We are located very close to Maspalomas so you can also visit their amazing dunes.
