After a full renovation work made with love and passionate dreams, I am happy to offer this brand new apartment. New life in 2015!!

It is a big apartment of more than 100m2, with 4 nice bedrooms and 2 comfortable baths.

The living room is a big space of 25m2 looking to a huge windows that goes to the little terrace.

A big square table with 8 chairs make the dinner moment a great fun to share.

All 4 bedrooms are exteriors with nice windows and nice natural light.

The apartment has a high standing isolation windows to avoid any noise from outside. Plus the fact of being in a 8th floor, we can assure a total silence in the apartment. Even being in a main avenue as is the Paral.lel avenue. Sweat dreams are guarantee!! jeje...

There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds of 200x160 cm, mades by joining 2 single beds of 80x200 cm. Unless you ask for the change, we always prepare this beds as a double bed 160x200.

Those main bedrooms have a wooden desk table and chair.

There are 2 bedrooms more with beds of 150x200 cm.

The apartment has 5 Air conditioner units, 1 in each room (with its own remote control) plus a bigger one in the living. Those units are Mitsubishi best quality, and work also as heaters in winter. All of them are independent. The apartment also has a high standing temperature isolation, and a great air flow in case you prefer the natural refreshing mode. jeje...

The living is connected to a nice small terrace with space for a table and 4/5 chairs from where you have great views of the city, from its 8 floors high point of view. From april to september you can enjoy the gorgeous sun in your skin as it goes down to the sunset.

The apartment has been rebuild completely in summer 2014, changing old windows for the best soundproofing materials possible to make my place protected from any traffic noise from main road Paral.lel Av.. And you can be relax, we done it great!!! You will sleep like angels... jeje

Kids under 3 years old don't pay extra. Olders count as guest.

The landlord also provides a baby cot free of charge. Ask for it if you need it.

No parties are allowed. The respect to the neighbor is the main concern to us. Please be very respectful as this apartment is the only tourist apartment in the building.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but yes in the terrace. But keep it clean, please.

EXTRAS:

Special tourist TAX of 0,75/day/person (up to 7 night) not included. Will be deducted from deposit.

Please note: For arrivals from 20.00hrs to 23.00hrs there is a supplement of 25.00€. This is increased to 40€ if your arrival is after 23.00hrs. This charge is not included in the price quoted below.

A- 35% in advance By paypal/bank transfer/INSTANT PAYMENT. And the balance by cash at check in (no cards)

B-Using INSTANT PAYMENT: 25% in advance and balance 2 weeks prior arrival (2th payment has a 3% extra fee unless paid cash. It will be paid by cash at check in with the tourist tax)

Cancellation policy: 90% refund if canceled at least 30 days arrival, 60% prior 10 days (less bank fees)

Why Victor Bello chose Sants-Montjuïc

This place is really something. A big Brand new apartment, made with love and best wishes to be enjoyed for my guests.

And the area is great. Very special, interesting and vivid. Not in the middle of most touristic areas but only 5 minutes walking distance from Old Town and 10 minutes from Las Ramblas. It is located in 95 Av.Paral.lel, just 200 m from the subway "Paral.lel" (L3 and L2). And just in front of my house you can catch up to 3 different buses that takes you directly to the beach in less than 15 minutes. Isn't great?! jeje..

The area of Poble Sec-Sant Antoni is becoming the new popular area of the city for us the locals. And the Avenue of Paral.lel is consider the most cultural street of the city, home of many theaters, music halls and concerts halls.

Also, just 5 minutes from my place, the most important cheff of the world and his brother have set its resaurants. Yes, Ferran Adria and Albert Adria chose my neightbourg to set BCN 5.0, five great restaurants to show you how trendy is becoming this area. jejej..

The apartment is located in the most important cultural avenue of Barcelona: Paral.lel Av. It is home of several theaters and musical halls. It is a vivid avenue full of life, with many restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. In fact, just under my home there are the 2 biggest supermarkets of the district open from 9am to 9 pm.

The area is great. Very special, interesting and vivid. Not in the middle of most touristic areas but only 5 minutes walking distance from Old Town and 10 minutes from Las Ramblas and the sea port. The area of Poble Sec-Sant Antoni is becoming the new popular area of the city for us the locals.

Althogh Av. Paral.lel is a main avenue of Barcelona, I am glad to assure that my apartment is very quiet, thanks to be in a 8th floor and the high standing quality of the isolation. It was rebuild with the best windows possible to make my house an excellent place to sleep protected from any noise of traffic. It was one of my most concerns when I restore it completely. And I am very happy because you won't believe how well isolated it is. Excellent work done!! jeje...

Paral.lel avenue is the frontier of 2 important districts: Eixample Esquerra and Poble Sec neighborhood .

Poble Sec: Crammed between Parallel Avenue and the green spaces of Montjuïc (the 2th biggest park area of the city), and topped by the Plaça Espanya, is the residential area of Poble Sec (‘dry town’ in Catalan). It’s an authentic corner of the city that’s managed to retain a strong sense of identity and community spirit, despite its increasingly multi-cultural make-up. In fact, it’s not unusual to catch the locals dancing the sardana in one of the little plazas on a Friday night. Two minutes walking from my place you get in Blai street, that is becoming a great walking street full of terraces where to enjoy any kind of spanish tapas and other restaurants.

Eixample Esquerra: Pronouncing its name might be tricky, but getting lost in L’Eixample doesn’t tend to be a problem. This modern area of Barcelona was designed by Catalan civil engineer Cerdà in the mid-19th century, as the old town area was starting to burst at its medieval seams (its name in Catalan means ‘the extension’). Its geometric layout and broad, sunny streets are a pleasant contrast to the shady, labyrinthine feel of the older parts of the city.

L’Eixample Esquerra is home to a real mix of people. Many middle-class Catalan locals live here, reflected in the wealth of supermarkets, cinemas, newsagents and chemists. The affluent lower-mid side of the area is also home to an established gay population, which is what has earned it the nickname of ‘Gaixample’. A lot of flat-sharing students live in the left Eixample too, and tend to socialise in the streets surrounding Plaça de la Universitat. The area’s nightlife is spread quite evenly throughout its streets, though, and the atmosphere never gets raucous at night.

Darling apartment, conveinently located in Barcelona

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 95 Av. Parallel! The apartment was clean, well maintained and the perfect location for our visit to Barcelona. The metro was 2 blocks away, a grocery store was right down stairs, great restaurants nearby and Las Ramblas and the Barri Gotic area were an easy walking distance from the apartment. We loved enjoying the terrace for morning coffee and evening relaxation. I would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Barcelona.

Fantastic first time visit to Barcelona!

This was a wonderful apartment. It's new, clean and bright and it held our two families of 7 (4 adults and 3 teenage girls) comfortably. Victor and Flor were very helpful and accommodating when half our party arrived earlier in the day. The state of the art windows keep the apartment very quiet at night and the beds are comfortable. There is great access to the subway from the apartment; we used it to get around everywhere. Blai street just 2 blocks away is a great place to people watch, find tasty tapas and tip back a Damm lemon beer or two. The grocery store next door was also handy and the food at the Chinese restaurant across the street was surprisingly quite good. All in all a terrific apartment and location. We would recommend this apartment to friends and would not hesitate to return.

Fantastic apartment!

We couldn't have been happier in this clean, well appointed, conveniently located apartment in Barcelona. Flor greeted us at the apartment and made sure all of our questions were answered. She even left us a bottle of wine, some bottled water, and ice cream bars for the kids! We loved how close it is to grocery stores, many pincho bars, and the Metro. We were able to walk or take the Metro to everything! We enjoyed sitting on the patio and air conditioning in every room was fantastic. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the large dining table was perfect for our family of six. Great apartment and Flor and Victor were quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great apartment in a central location

Ideal apartment on the 7th floor of a private block. Located on the Avenue del Parallel which is a road with loads of hustle bustle leading down to the port. Loads of restaurants within 500 metres many specialising in Pinchos which are like taster tapas. Spoilt for choice. There is also a large supermarket 10 meters away.

The apartment is very tastefully appointed and very clean. Good view from the balcony albeit a bit noisy due to the road. Although with the windows closed, you can't here any road noise.

Flor was there to meet us and explain everything about the flat. She also gave us some good tips to where to eat.

The apartment was very handy in getting to the Ramblas & old town, only an interesting 15 minute

walk

All in all we loved it.

Great apartment, great location!

Our family of 5 plus a brother-in-law rented this apartment for a full week last week. In terms of the apartment itself, it had all the amenities and everything is new, clean and in good working order. One great feature was that each section of the family got their own room, so there was a place for each person to go for some quiet time. We also loved the balcony and the large dining table where we played cards and ate breakfast. But the most fabulous thing was the location -- near to all the shpos you'll need and a robust but very pleasant walk to either the beach or the Rambla, yet not in the thick of the tourist crowds. We especially liked the fact that the apartment backs onto a mostly pedestrian street with great restaurants and is a few short blocks to the base of Montjuic. Just a great, great trip and Victor and Flor were wonderful to work with.
