Whether hiking or just passing through, alone or in a group, our stopover gîte on the banks of the Gartempe can accommodate up to 10 people.
Located on the second floor of an old water mill, the 100m² gite consists of two bedrooms with 2 bunk beds (with sink) and a bedroom with 6 bunk beds (with sink), the bathroom, the WC and a 35 m² room with fitted kitchen are shared.
Wifi is available free of charge in all buildings. Bread, pastries and breakfast to order.
In addition we have 3 lodgings with a capacity of 4 people each and a room of 100 m² available for rental for your family meals up to 50 people located on the floor of the mill with dishes, tables and chairs.
Direct access to the river for fishing. Close to the GR 48 and many hiking trails. Children's play area.
All shops at 600m. For swimming, swimming pool at 400m with tickets on sale at the campsite reception and beaches on the Gartempe at 15min.
Ideal stopover to discover the Abbey of Saint-Savin, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its 12th century murals. The visit of the Abbey of Saint-Savin can continue with the discovery of the Valley of Frescoes: route connecting a dozen monuments decorated with murals dated from the 12th to the 19th century, along the Gartempe valley, until in Montmorillon, City of Writing and Book Trades.
