Clean bright airy apartment. Anna is fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful.

  • 5 of 5

Apartment is 400 metres from a well stocked supermarket and also the metro station. Walk 400 metres in another direction and you get to the fantastic Arco Della Pace which leads you into the Parco Sempione. This park is well worth walking through both day and when walking home at night when it's floodlit. It leads to the Castle (Castillo Sforzresco) which you can walk straight through to get towards the centre of Milan.

If you're in Milan for a while do visit all the main sites but book well in advance for the main attractions such as the Duomo and the painting of The Last Supper. We were there for 10 days so also did day trips to Turin (Torino) which we would recommend, Lake Como which we would also recommend and Genova which we wouldn't go back to.

Eating isn't as expensive as we thought, the Metro is clean and safe and if you get the chance to see a match at the San Siro you have to do it just for the experience.

Nice spot near the castle.

  • 4 of 5

Clean place, decent kitchen, the air-conditioning doesn't really reach the enire apartment (my wife and I were cool in Milan's 33-degree heat, our kids in the other room were not.) But who really expects fully-functioning AC in Europe? A 15-minute tram ride to the Duomo. Park across the street, good for kids but watch the dog poop. The owner was nice as could be. Five-minute walk to Corso Sempione - whatever your food tastes, you'll find it there are on Via Piero Dellafor Francesca, which runs parallel to it (Keep walking west on Corso Sempione for a few weeks and you will eventually hit Paris without leaving the road. Next time.)

Lovely modern apartment

  • 5 of 5

This is a lovely, modern apartment in a residential neighborhood. The Metro and tram are within easy walking distance. Parks are close by as well as grocery shopping, some nice restaurants and several places to get a morning cafe and croissant.

The apartment is clean with "all the comforts of home." Beds are comfortable; rooms are spacious, kitchen is fully equipped.

Anna gave us quick and helpful responses beforehand with good instructions on how to get to the apartment and Carlos was helpful in meeting and welcoming us once we arrived there.

A very good place to stay

  • 4 of 5

The apartment was well outfitted , located and quiet. The only problem we had which was not the fault of the owner's was a lack of heat as it was a cool time in Milan and the heat had been turned off in the building..

More of a home than a than simply a place to stay..

  • 5 of 5

If you have spent over thirty years traveling the Globe you tend to get good at assessing the places you might stay - you don't make the same mistake again if it turns out a poor choice!

Now listen to me people -if you want to stop a weekend here then make it a "long" one, if five days make it seven - you won't want to go home.

Rather than bore you with a diary of what we did just ask us this, would we go back or try somewhere else - ?.. You guessed - go back in a minute.

If the date you want is booked - change your date - you won't regret it!.. If you really have to stop somewhere else then you have our deepest sympathy.

Is there an 11/10 – ?

you’re looking at it!

Wonderful spacious apartment close to the Metro, trolley , restaurants and markets

  • 5 of 5

This was our first trip to Italy for my husband and I and we did not speak the language. The owner, Anna was very helpful starting from the time we booked the apartment and through out our stay. She left food supplies for our breakfast and lots of maps and brochures of sites in the area. We hope to return to Milan someday and would love to stay at this apartment again.
