Amazing modern 80m2 apartment located just 70 metres away from the crystal clear waters of the beach of Cala Millor. The apartment was totally renovated in 2016 and has all the comforts of modern housing, such as wooden floors, aluminium windows with double glazing, balcony with glass balustrade, air conditioning and central heating, fully renovated and fully furnished bathroom and kitchen, laundry, flat screen TV in all rooms including the bedrooms, Wi-Fi and Parking etc. In addition to this, we must highlight the amazing location and views, because these are totally unbeatable! Situated on the 6th floor and on centre front row of Cala Millor beach, you can enjoy majestic sea views from all the main rooms and outbuildings giving you the impression of being on a boat rather than in a house!

Point positifs:Très Belles vues spectaculaires,bien placé,parking couvert. Points négatifs:Équipements de mauvaise qualité Réfrigérateur avec des couches de glaces et très dur à ouvrir... Ustensiles de cuisine strict minimum (saladiers en plastique....) Pour 90 € de ménage sur un séjour de 3 semaines pas de ménage intermédiaire Prix bien trop élevé par rapport aux prestations 180€/jour le prix d'un hôtel 4 étoiles avec petit déjeuner et vue sur mers Pallafruguel par exemple Un peu "Attrape nigauds". Toni est très gentil mais le premier jour il nous a laissé avec la femme de ménage qui ne parlait pas français et n'a même pas pris le temps de nous expliquer les rudiments de l'appartement. Je sais vous allez dire que les français sont jamais content mais nous avons l'habitude de réserver sur cette plateforme et a ce prix et avec une note a 5 on s'attend à autre chose.... Je pense aussi que les appartements rénovés sont bien les premières années mais ensuite s'ils ne sont pas de bonne qualite ils se dégradent très vite sans entretien par contre le prix est toujours le même .. Garage n'est pas un garage mais un petit local vélo commun pour toute la résidence Et pour finir le séjour concert de marteaux piqueurs Un séjour a oublier Point a préciser sur cala millor: Plage avec rochers dangereux plus de sable et des algues

Mehr Meerblick geht nicht!
Es ist schwierig nach 90 guten Bewertungen etwas neues noch zu schreiben. Wir können nur alles bestätigen. Als wir das erste Mal in die Wohnung kamen, hat uns der Blick aufs Meer überwältigt und das blieb so. Mit Blick auf Menorca durften wir 20 Mal den Sonnenaufgang erleben und auf dem Balkon frühstücken und das im März. Die Betten waren spitze und im Nebenraum waren eine Waschmaschine und sogar ein Trockner. Wir landeten bereits um 8.00 Uhr in Palma und durften bereits um 10.00 Uhr in die Wohnung. Das hat uns sehr gefreut und war eine schöne Einstimmung in den Urlaub. Der überdachte Parkplatz im Hof war sehr angenehm. Toni ist wirklich sehr sympathisch. Er ist immer telefonisch erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal.

Einzigartiges Apartment
Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub in Tonis Appartement. Es ist alles super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Man hat alles, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Küche perfekt eingerichtet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist herrlich und wir konnten sogar im Februar öfters dort frühstücken. Meeresrauschen beim Frühstück! Was will man mehr. Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt. Im Supermarkt unten im gleichen Gebäude bekommt man alles, sogar frische Brötchen, die auch schmecken. Für größere Einkäufe empfehle ich Aldi, der ganz in der Nähe ist. Gerne waren wir auch im Carrefour. Toni ist der beste Vermieter, den wir je hatten. Sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar . Er stand uns während der gesamten Zeit gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. An dieser Stelle nochmals vielen Dank an Toni. Auch das check in war unkompliziert. Wir können das Appartement auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Why they chose this property

The main reason why I recommend our apartment is the location which is undoubtedly the best in the Bay of Cala Millor, with a panoramic 180º view of the beach and the turquoise waters of the sea. Secondly, I would highlight the pristine and perfect condition of the apartment facilities given it has been 100% renovated and modernized during the current 2016. The rest of the building and its exterior has also been restored.

What makes this property unique

The fact that it is a family owned apartment, that we are local to the area and can easily assist with matters regarding to your holiday, differentiates us from property rental Agencies as we strive, at all times, to make our guests feel at home. Additionally, I would emphasise that the front row location in the centre of Cala Millor, the wonderful beach, the incredible tranquility its surroundings with nearby access to all main services needed for everyday life make this an ideal place to stay.
