Sea Belle Villa at La Siesta survived Hurricane Irma and we are ready for guests and taking reservations.

On 11/28/17 we returned after 12 days in SXM. The island has done a great job of cleaning up the debris from the hurricane. Roads are clear, grocery stores open & stocked and many restaurants are open & busy ~ see list below:

Our condo was very fortunate! Everything is clean and working. Exterior has a few bumps and dings and landscaping was pruned by winds but new leaves are growing.

Our beach shrunk but the waves are bringing back sand plus there are 36 other beaches to explore. We still have a great pool with a fabulous view of the Caribbean.

Come visit St. Maarten and enjoy the sunny warm weather and turquoise water.

We've been vacationing in St. Maarten (always on Simpson Bay) for 30+ years. Now that we're retired, it's great to be able to spend more time there.

When the La Siesta Residence complex was built in 2006, we purchased Sea Place (2nd floor/2 BR which is unit B2). We loved it so much that when the A Building was completed in 2007, we purchased Sea Belle (ground floor/1 BR which is unit A3).

Jamie likes the A3 unit for the convenience of walking directly out to the pool. My favorite is the B2 unit because I like the view from the 2nd floor balcony and I like that the master bedroom also has a great oceanfront view.

Using the Internet made it very easy for us to share our vacation homes with other beach lovers. We now have many repeat guests, who like ourselves, have gotten hooked after one visit and keep coming back. Vacationing in St. Maarten is a pleasurable addiction that you just can't kick.

We just returned home from two weeks in St. Maarten and wanted to drop you a note regarding the terrific time during our stay at your Sea Belle Villa. The unit was wonderful and very tastefully decorated for the island. It was very clean thanks to Hermaine and had all the amenities anyone could want. The location, views, sunsets and weather made for a memorable stay. Thank you for renting to us and we will surely contact you next time we plan a holiday to St. Maarten.

Look no further, you've found your Simpson Bay vacation villa! This was my first VRBO experience and I'm not sure any other will top it. Anything I thought I may need while staying at this villa was there. Linda has thought of everything. It was so relaxing and the bed so comfortable! Anytime I return to St. Maarten, I will only stay at Linda's villa. My husband and I thank you Linda for such a lovely stay at your property.

My wife and I just recently stayed 5 days at Sea Belle in St. Maarten and we had an incredible experience. I won't repeat all of the details that other reviewers have already pointed out, but suffice it to say that this is one of the most beautiful and immaculate properties you could ever stay at. Every detail is covered. AMAZING! 5 stars all the way.

Best vacation ever!

We have been blessed over our 30 years of marriage to have the opportunity to travel a number of places including several islands in the Caribbean. This condo was, without a doubt, the best place we've stayed. The pool is literally outside the sliding glass door and just beyond the pool is the ocean!! It is paradise! We wore swimsuits all day as we went back and forth with ease from the pool and beach. The owners of this condo provide excellent water "toys" which made our visit even more fun! And, the owner provides house keepers to come in and clean each weekday. No trash to take out or towels to wash! We will definitely be back!

You will absolutely LOVE this place. Quit wasting time looking at other units and book now !

As we turned right at the Police station and drove up the small one way street with cars parked along one side, dogs lounging about, and chickens darting across the road, my first impression was turn around quick! Thankfully we continued a short way down the street and found the condo. It's beautiful! Pictures don't do it justice. The view from the living room each morning drinking my coffees was priceless. The unit is spacious and inviting. The king size bed is extremely comfortable. Don't worry that it's street side. It's a small neighborhood. Not much if any traffic at night. Speaking of the neighborhood, those chickens and lazy dogs are what makes this place so great. You feel like your part of the community not some tourists just passing through. Wanna feel like an islander? Extend a smile and a hello on your morning or evening walk to local shops and restaurants, to your neighbors. I guarantee you will get one back. Pickup some doggie treats at the store and keep some in your pocket. All the doggies will quickly become your BFFs and escort you on your walks. We rented a car and explored the island. That was nice but really not necessary if you stay at Sea Belle. Bars Restaurants, Shopping, grocery store, bakery, are all short walks. Try the local hole in the wall places for great drinks service and food. Rancho Steak house is great (ate there twice) and I can say they serve one of the best ribeye steaks I have ever had. Lee's Roadside Grill has great fish fresh daily. Try the Swai ! Never heard of it, but it's great! We went to several beaches, Orient , Mullet, Long Bay. Even took a Catamaran day trip up the coast and over to nearby Angullia It's beautiful! But the best days we had by far, where right outside our door. Great view, beautiful pool and beach. Linda's condo comes with everything you need for a great vacation. I'm writing this review sitting here on the deck watching the yachts sail out of the harbor. Not looking forward to leaving but we will be booking for this time next year. So if you want the week of May 1st (my birthday) I suggest you book it before I get home for next year!! Linda, thank you sooooo sooooo very much for opening up your beautiful home so others can enjoy !! What a great week !!!
