Minutes from Fair Hill Natural Resource Management Area for the horseback riders, mountain bikers, hikers, and nature enthusiasts. University of Delaware is a quick 10 minute ride away to catch a football game, celebrate commencement, or enjoy the perks of downtown Newark. Other local attractions abound, including orchards, vineyards, breweries, boating, and fishing. Just an hour from Baltimore or Philadelphia and not far from major highways, which makes for the perfect getaway with minimal traffic.

The house is situated on 4 beautifully wooded acres, with a path down to a peaceful creek at the back of the property. It includes all the major amenities of a home away from home, including fully outfitted kitchen, washer and dryer, spacious bedrooms, comfortable living room, and sleeping arrangements for a group of up to 6 people.

Super cute AND super close!!

In Elkton for the horse trials at Fair Hill. Super cute, well appointed home, very close (like 6 minutes) from the barns. Would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Wonderful Stay In Elkton, MD

We could not have asked for a better place to stay while visiting our grandchildren. The house gave us plenty of room to enjoy the grands and make many memories..so much better than a hotel! The house had all the comforts of home and is beautifully decorated. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in the area.

Great Host and Excellent House

Sharon proved to be an exceptional host, promptly providing all necessary information with a warm and friendly demeanor. The house surpassed our expectations, with its charm and the serene creek in the backyard offered a delightful spring stroll. Wedding weekend

Great property. Very clean and comfortable. Owner thought of everything to make the house feel like home. Our family stayed for a weekend and attended a wedding close by. Nice to come back to the house and hang out all together!! Would definitely stay here again!

Just right!

We are two couples that have frequently traveled together and stayed in VBRO homes. This stay exceeded all of our expectations. Clean, well stocked and organized kitchen, comfortable beds and living room. Had it been a bit warmer we would have availed ourselves of the fire pit. We were visiting dear friends in the area and were able to have a great visit. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.
