Thank you so much for your recent review about our apartment !
Lovely apartment in a great location
We stayed for a couple of nights here before travelling on to the coast. The apartment was fantastic, had everything we needed and was in a great location close to bars & restaurants. It was great to see how Cedric was renovating this fantastic old mansion and even though it is far from being finished it didn't detract from the loveliness of the place at all. Rooms were spacious, beds comfy and host very welcoming. He was even there to meet us at 10pm. We would definitely come back here. Montpellier itself was a real treat. Hadn't expected it to be so nice.

A work in progress but you cannot overlook the marvelous history of this family & stone building.
For us, the location was perfect. A family wedding took place in the church right around the corner. Wonderful walking and meandering through the streets of Old City Montpellier. Choose the lower apartmens if you have any problems with stairs.
Good location, good space, work in progress.
Good location in the city for a low cost stay. Great that it has a washing machine / fridge. Bathroom basic but functional. No elevator and several flights of stairs, so not suitable for anyone with disability, and slightly awkward if you have lots of luggage, but not too bad. The entire building is a work in progress, and the apartment was basic but fine for a holiday stay. Relatively quiet for sleeping, although church bell was faintly audible at night.
No parking or easy access by car, so best to arrive by train; only ~13mins walk from the main train station (St Roch). Would be good if they could provide a few more toilet rolls for people staying only a few days. Owner very friendly and fast to reply to messages about the booking.
Thank you !
Great old building in the heart of the city
We had a wonderful 3 week stay in Montpellier in the Sur la passerelle apartment. The location is really perfect. It is in the middle of downtown surrounded by dozens of great restaurants and close to parks and museums, yet the location on a side-street means you don't get as much noise as other places. Having said that, it is a college town and so if you are a very light sleeper or can't abide any noise, then this probably isn't the right place for you.
The apartment was quite charming with lots of character and interesting features. There was plenty of room for my wife and i and even when my daughter and a friend visited for a couple of days we had plenty of space. The apartment isn't luxurious and it is a several hundred year old building, but it is very comfortable and functional with everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
Finally, I want to mention that Cedric and Priscilla were great hosts. They were responsive to any questions or requests, they gave us several helpful hints about the city and were just very pleasant to deal with from beginning to end. I would recommend their apartments to anyone visiting Montpellier.
Thanks a lot !
