The apartment is located in the third and last floor, equipped with a private lift, can accommodate up to 6 people and it develops on more floors: The first floor consist of a living area with chimney of over 60 sq. m and a fully equipped kitchen, the beautiful mezzanine houses one double sofa-bed. While at the last floor there are two finely furnished bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds, each one with its own bathroom. The finishing is looked after with extreme care and suggests an ancient atmosphere of an antique Florentine dwelling: The living room has a welcoming and refined atmosphere thanks to its antique terracotta floor, a beautiful stone chimney, and a sought after ancient Italian furnishings. The second level is decorated with a vintage wooden floor, a ceiling with wooden beams and stylish paintings.

Beautiful apartment

My family of 4 stayed in Gaia's apartment for 4 nights. We didn't meet Gaia but email communication was good. Check-in process was easy. The apartment was conveniently located, being close to the attractions, good restaurants and retail shops, and it looked as advertised. The living area was very spacious. The sleeping area were good size and with very comfortable beds. The bathrooms were small in size, but water pressure was good and towels were good quality. We cooked breakfast and kitchen was well equipped although small. Wi-fi was good too. There is an app that can be used for entry to the building and apartment which we found very handy to use, but it will need mobile data. Keys were supplied too. We enjoyed our stay and will gladly return.

Great apartment in a fantastic location

Gaia's apartment is in the heart of Florence within walking distance to all the major attractions and shopping areas. It is a large, very tasteful apartment with a lot of space and ideal for our family of four adults. The kitchen was slightly small but that was a minor issue. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Fantastic payment

This apartment is fantastic and I loved our stay here. It is beautufully decorated and inviting and the massive windows were a plus. The apartment is 3 levels with steep steps so be mindful of this with children or older people. We had nil issues checking in or during our time there and everyone was very helpful! I would recommend this place to stay as it is lovely, clean and in a fantastic spot as it is only a five to ten minute walk to all the major places in Florence.

Not for older people!

The apartment was spare but fine - nothing fancy but comfortable. However, what isn't mentioned is that there are very very steep and narrow stairs throughout that are dangerous for little kids or older people. And while there is an elevator, it stops 8 steep steps before the apartment door.

Great location!

This was an excellent stay. Highly recommend. Only suggestion is that couch bed could be better. And we desired a few more blankets in the apartment. Overall very good stay!

The house was bought by my family because we are in love with the beauties and history of our country and the location of this accommodation are truly irresistible, in the heart of the vibrant city.

The apartment keeps the typical characteristics of a Florentine dwelling, it is extremely quiet and it allows you to rest peacefully after long and intense walks and tours during the day.
