About this property

My father built this house in the late 40's, a beautiful Williamsburg Colonial, that has been fully renovated with 180 degree views of the ocean from almost every room.

Fire pit and grill with heated lounge seating on the patio is the perfect place to relax and watch the sunset or have an unforgettable dining experience. Plenty of eating spaces with views of the ocean and a beautiful bar and lounge area with a 65 inch TV screen for movies, sporting events or a romantic evening by the fire.

Behind the main house is our Game Room which sleeps 4. Pool table, ping pong table, TV, private patio with bistro lights, perfect for additional guests looking for a little privacy, or just another spot to relax and enjoy.

While we state that we sleep 8 people in 4 king beds. We have two pullout out queen sofas on the property that sleep an additional 4 if you need it.

Lastly, please, THIS IS A QUIET RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD. IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO THROW A LOUD PARTY DO NOT BOOK OUR HOME. We are not an event location. This is a magical home we to share with those who will treat it like their own.

Perfect House For Easter Visit

We had a wonderful stay over Easter at this beautifully positioned home right on the cliffs overlooking the entire Pacific Ocean. The view is breathtaking and the neighborhood is so cute. There is tons to do within walking and driving distance. The house is adorable and has everything you need. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, gorgeous views all day. Great also for people watching! Would love to return. The owner is superb and great at communicating. Check-in and check-out went super smoothly. Thanks so much.

Great location and amazing view

We spent a great weekend at the home. Very relaxing and an amazing view. We originally planned to do several things in the local area, but ultimately just stayed there and relaxed. The host is very nice and responsive.

Family gathering

The home was the perfect setting and location for our family gathering. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and cooking meals in the kitchen. King beds a bonus. Geno was quick to respond and accommodating for a couple of issues during our stay. House needs some TLC and cleanliness.

Pacific Ocean View

Lovely old home on bluff with gorgeous view of the Pacific Ocean! So much to do there that you do not need to leave. Could use some updating inside. But we were very comfortable. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed except the groceries, which was appreciated.

My brother and I grew up in this house in the 70's. We own it together and while we're both moving on with our lives we believe this home still has the opportunity to bless others the way it has for our family for years.

Pacific Palisades is the Crowned Jewel of the SoCal coastline. And this location sits on the bluffs overlooking Paradise. The Main House sleeps 8 and the Game Room sleeps an additional 4, if you have a large family (or even a small family) looking for THE IDEAL vacation spot, our home is EXACTLY what you've been looking for.

What makes this property unique

If you're looking for the perfect get-away place with ocean views, a cool breeze, plenty of space, and a local community that still feels like old school America then our place on the bluffs above the ocean in Pacific Palisades is your destination.

You have total privacy (not even through traffic on the street) but you're still only a brisk 10 minute walk from the life in The Palisades Village, complete with restaurants, bars, shopping and a movie theater!

Plus, by June of 2023, our GAME ROOM will be finished adding sleeping space for 4 more guests or just more privacy for additional travelers.
