The owner is very warm and accommodating. All new and very clean apartment! Excellent experience! Definitely recommend!
In Rome for half-vacation, half-business, the apartment could not have been more perfect and in an ideal location. It is within walking distance to the Vatican and at the foot of the bridge that leads you to Central Rome. Shopping, from food to fashion stores, is at the doorstep. The owner, Giacomo, is a wonderful host, extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotless, simple but very stylish, and offered everything one would need for a week in Rome. Our son was thrilled to have his own bedroom and renovated bathroom. Should we find ourselves in Rome again, we hope Giacomo's properties will be available for another stay.
We had a great stay in this apartment. It was four of us - 2 couples. It was perfect for us! Clean, great location and SAFE! The rooms and bathrooms are spacious for Europe. Very cute design. Beds were comfortable. Giacomo was attentive and helpful when needed. He nicely arranged a taxi for us from the airport to the apartment. The only problem was the taxi driver charged us 15 euro more than the price we were told. I think the driver was the problem. The only other problem was the master bathroom was stinky. We believe it was the pipes. Old buildings. We experienced this in Florence as well. Overall it was great! We would definitely stay here again!!
A truly lovely apartment in an ideal location within walking distance of Vatican and just over the bridge to Piazza del Popolo. We arrived early and greeted by Giacomo who took us up to the third floor apt via (mercifully) elevator. The apt was very clean and the bathrooms (2 full) modern.
Many nearby stores and restaurants. We would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a reasonably priced and pleasant apt.
The apartments is in a very convenient location. It was large enough for two couples to feel comfortable in the common spaces and bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and the apartment quiet at night. The owner was very helpful and it was easy to arrange the rental and payment. I would definitely stay here again.
Giacomo's apartments were a perfect home base for our 5 day trip to Rome. The location of the apartments can't be beat - right across the Tiber from the Borghese gardens, and within walking distance to pretty much everything - and he was very helpful with our check-in and check-out. Moreover, the apartments are directly over the best gelato shop in all of Rome (according to several sources), and are well-appointed and clean. We would definitely stay again!
