About this property

Ideally located 2 km from the medieval village of Villeneuve, and 7 km from the bastide town of Villefranche de Rouergue, is our old barn, completely renovated, very bright and with large volumes. On the garden / pool level, there is a large 60m² kitchen living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine area, bathroom and wc.
Outside, pleasant shaded and fenced garden. The pool is fenced and secured by an alarm
Wooded grounds with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.

Tres belle maison fonctionnelle bien équipée fidèle à l annonce. Grand espace de vie intérieur avec du cachet. Terrain et piscine impeccables. Séjour en famille au top (entre 9 et 12 personnessuivantlesse. Propriétaire très sympa et disponible. Maison bien placée pour découvrir la région. Adresse à retenir pour un prochain séjour en Aveyron sans problème.

Un super séjour !

Très bon accueil, maison superbe et très bien équipée, même pour un groupe de 11 personnes. Le propriétaire est extrêmement disponible et sympathique. Nous recommandons vivement. La région est également très agréable, beaucoup de beaux villages à visiter, proposant aussi des activités pour les plus jeunes.
