What makes this apartment unique

Despite being located in the heart of the city, this building stands in one of the safest areas of the city. With a lot of high street humdrum during the day, there is much to do: stroll along the parks, visit the traditional trade shops, pay a short visit to the El Corte Inglés department store or enjoy a good meal in one of the many cafes available.

Although very close to the nightlife (about 10 minutes away on foot), the building is located distant enough so as not to disturb your rest and comfort.

Perfect location! Great Appartment!

The apartment was perfect for our party of seven. Each night we took a five minute walk to the grocery store and picked up fresh fruit, vegetables, and the fresh fish was fantastic. The apartment is basically located right at the metro stop; so handy. With the bakery feet away from our front door, we took advantage of fresh bread and sweets. We walked to the river and along both sides to take in the vendors, fantastic restaurants, and lots of Port and Wine tasting. Walking is the way to travel, you never know what treasure you will find. Take good shoes, one day we walked almost eight miles; found lovely paintings on the buildings and stairways. So much history, beautiful, clean, and safe. We would definitely stay at this apartment again, I can't stress enough how perfect the location was. Thank you Mario, your apartment made our trip a huge success.

Good location, big apartment

We loved the area , close to metro and trains, even to walk into centre,

The apartment was well equipped every thing you need, big rooms, good showers, cable TV, ! And the bakery downs stairs was handy , thanks for a lovely stay in your lovely city,

Vraiment très spacieux

Nous avons été très bien reçu par la soeur de Mario. L'appartement est idéalement situé dans un immeuble de 2 étages. Le tramway est aux pieds et tous les commerces également. restaurants à proximité. Porto est à environ 15 mns à pieds.

Appartement très vaste , très bien équipé et confortable. Literie excellente. Conforme aux photos. nous étions 7 et nous avions nos aises.

C'est vraiment très facile de découvrir Porto depuis cet appartement. Je le recommande vivement.

a un paso de Oporto

A 15 minutos andando al centro de Oporto,con parada de metro cruzando la calle.Sin problemas para aparcar el vehiculo en los alrededores,es una zona muy tranquila.El piso es un tercero sin ascensor un poco viejo,pero con dos cuartos de baños muy funcionales,4 habitaciones amplias y un comedor suficiente para el numero de personas que pueden hospedarse.Una cocina funcional y lo mas importante,aire acondicionado independiente en cada habitacion.Hemos estado muy agusto y si volvemos a Oporto no dudariamos en volver a cojerlo.100% recomendable

Muy cómodo y amplio

Estuvimos en el apartamento 6 personas, y nos encontramos muy cómodos, estaba muy completo, amplio, con una decoración muy moderna, siendo un piso antiguo. En los alrededores, teníamos un gran supermercado enfrente, el metro en la puerta y el centro histórico resultaba muy asequible, ideal porque queriamos estar fuera del bullicio que Oporto tenía esos días de agosto . Being Porto the city of Port wine par excellence, this apartment is just 15 minutes away, on foot, from the Cais de Gaia (Gaia's Pier) and of the main Caves de Vinho do Porto (Port Wine Cellars).
