About this property

Villa Antonija is completely renovated 200 sqm villa, situated on a 4000 sqm plot in the village of Močići (region of Konavle), just 20 min drive from the historical centre of Dubrovnik.
Villa consists of four double bedrooms, five bathrooms with shower, 35sqm living room, kitchen and dining room. Each room has satellite TV and air condition. In front of the villa there is a big terrace, 40 sqm private swimming pool, BBQ and garden with olive trees.
Property is fenced so you have full privacy. Pool and garden face south and thus provide sun all day long.
The charming town of Cavtat is only a few minutes drive and offers shops, bars, restaurants, beaches, watersports and various activities. Direct boat to the old town of Dubrovnik and island of Lokrum runs from Cavtat each 30-60 min. Travel agencies offering various excursions, rent-a-bike, rent-a-car, rent-a-scooter are also to be found in Cavtat. Region of Konavle, as well is full of possibilities to enjoy nature, either walking, horse riding, ATV safari, cycling, trekking or running.

Villa Antonija

Vi hadde gleden av å bo hos på Villa Antonija i en uke. Vi ble veldig godt mottatt og Nino og hans kone var veldig imøtekommende og serviceinnstilt. Pen og velstelt hage med et deilig basseng gjorde uken vår til en avslappende og deilig ferieuke.

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing time in this house. We really enjoyed using the pool and spent lots of time in the garden during our stay. We had everything we needed, shops are located nearby as well. Nino was a really helpful and friendly host.

This is the excellent property is spacious, clean and beautiful at the same time. We had a great time staying there. The host very proper and very informative. We would definitely go back again.

Wonderful

This was our 1st visit to Croatia and we would like to thank Nino and his family for making it such a great holiday From the minute we booked correspondence with Nino was great answering any questions we had. Nino and Rafaela collected us from the airport and took us to the Villa where a welcome drink was shared and a gift of wine ,bread, fruit, vegetables and cakes was given. The delivery of food continued throughout our stay and was much appreciated. The Villa itself is huge with 4 large double bedrooms with great comfortable beds, but it was the outside space we enjoyed the most, a huge covered patio area with different areas to sit and eat or relax. Then the great pool which is ideal for cooling off in. There is a supermarket a few minutes walk away which is well stocked and a restaurant behind it which was very good. We used Uber to get into Cavtat and Dubrovnik which worked well. Would recommend the Tuktuk tour in Dubrovnik and you must walk the city walls. Nino was always around, usually watering his garden, if you needed anything but was never intrusive, we would recommend this Villa to anyone and sure you would have an equally great time with the warmest of welcomes. Amazing

We stayed at the property with our grown up children and grand daughter. We had an amazing holiday. Nino was the best host: so kind, generous and helpful. Communication was excellent. The house was very well equipped: we enjoyed the covered patio, pool and bbq area particularly. We can not recommend Nino and his property enough. Thank you so much.
