Weekend shows, festivals, and outdoor farmers markets are a few of the events that visit the district throughout the year. It is also close to the famous Garden of the Gods. This 3 bed/2.5 bath villa sleeps 6 - 9 guests.

This 2,600 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom Spanish style Villa boasts three balconies; one overlooking the living room, another uniquely located adjacent to the master bathroom, and yet another with a direct view of the picturesque Pikes Peak outside the master bedroom. The Villa’s amenities include a beautifully designed old-world entry with a 9-foot front door, rustic-style hardware, and a mix of Saltillo and Travertine tiles lining the floor. It features Colorado river-stone archways and a large copper-scaped fireplace.

The home is located in the historic city of Old Colorado City, which was once the original capital of Colorado in the Gold Rush years. The neighborhood has a historic charm with a view and city access, all within walking distance access from our private stairwell. Aside from the Garden of the Gods, the home is also just a few miles away from Manitou Springs, Seven Falls, and Broadmoor District. Other popular sites include Pike's Peak and Woodland Park.

4. 30-day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the following house rules listed are met.
5. You’ll love this beautiful rural area and location. Native wildlife and insects share this amazing world too. To keep out the wildlife, bugs, and critters, please remember to close doors and windows that don’t have screens on them. Don’t leave food or crumbs on the counters, tables, furniture, or beds to help keep those unwanted pests out. The home and property are treated regularly, seeing dead bugs don’t mean there is an infestation but that the treatment is working.
