The terraced house is located within the Residence "Isulidda" very close to the sea with white pebble beach within walking distance (about 3 minutes on foot); enjoys an enchanting view, from it you can admire the wonderful sunsets, in front of the suggestive nature reserve of Mount Cofano and is surrounded by wild nature, typical Mediterranean vegetation, in an atmosphere of silence and tranquility, also ideal for lovers of climbing, the beautiful cliffs of Isulidda are about 300 meters.
The town of San Vito Lo Capo is about 3 km and offers a wonderful beach with fine white sand.
The house very bright, welcoming, thanks to its angular position from every angle you can see the sea, can accommodate up to 5 people and is on two levels.
Upstairs: a master bedroom, a bathroom and two terraces overlooking the sea, air conditioning and mosquito nets.
Downstairs: large living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower, air conditioning and a large terrace with wooden roof with sea view and a kitchenette on the outside and another terrace with wooden roof.
In addition, there is the possibility to access the pool upon payment of a ticket. (Eventual closings of the swimming pool, for any reason, are not to be charged to the responsibility of the undersigned).

a lot is missing in this house!

there is a lot missing from this house The location is good, but the rest is a disappointment, in the kitchen you can not cook, even washing the dishes is not possible, the pans are at least 10 years old, and non-stick pans that are damaged, so bad for health, ventilation is not there, it storms often and you can not fix the shutters so they bang against the window all night, hot water in the upstairs bathroom is hardly there. Also, the owners do not find it necessary to leave oil, salt and pepper and spices, extra toilet paper is not there. The double bed upstairs is very hard. In short for this price, the owners should invest more for once.

wir waren im Frühling dort, herrliche Ruhe, da die Anlage sehr leer war. Toller Blick aufs Meer, schöne Ausbereiche/Terassen und Aussenküche. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber sehr sauber!

Great villa

We loved our stay here. It was clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, with a very short walk to both the sea and the nearby rock climbing. We will definitely go back!

Perfect Get-Away

We loved staying here... perfect to beat the crowds in San Vito and to have a place to travel from for day hikes. The cove for swimming was perfect for down days, but swim shoes are a necessity due to the rocks. The water was crystal clear and clean. The restaurant at the Pocho Hotel next door was our favourite restaurant of all that we tried. Highly recommend, but make sure you book. Thanks to the hosts for also providing a kettle!

Dream holiday home

Fabulous location with views and easy access to beautiful rocky coves and sea shore. Clean, well appointed and spacious house, would highly recommend. Lovely, welcoming host.
