Very nice cozy apartment in the center of Paris, near the Grands Boulevards and the Louvre Museum.

Ideally located in the heart of Paris, this pretty 2 rooms very bright includes a living room, a kitchen fully equipped, a large bedroom, a bathroom with a bath, and separate toilet.

For sleeping arrangements: 5 people maximum. A bed for 2 people in the room + an extra mattress for 1 person. In the living room: a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people.

You can enjoy the pedestrian area of Montorgueil, the proximity of the grand boulevards with their multiple theaters, the Seine just 15 minutes walk, the Louvre Museum and the Rue de Rivoli very commercial.

Excellent location

Perfect appartment for exploring Paris. Walk to the Louvre, the Seine etc. Metro very close. Excellent cafes and restaurants in the area. Wonderful, helpful host.

Great location, comfortable apartment

We were very happy with our stay at this 'cosy flat' in the Marais. Marina was excellent with communication and flexibility with checking in and out of the property. The flat was bigger than I expected from the pictures and previous reviews, although it was comfortable for 3 people, I think it would feel crowded if there were more. Beds were comfortable. Towels were old and in need of an update. We appreciated the 'breakfast provisions', although I would say that these are European style, no milk provided and I normally do not count biscuits as breakfast. This is an excellent area to be in and I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful apartment

We are a family of 5 travelling from Australia and we have really enjoyed our stay. It is only a small apartment but very serviceable. The kitchen is well set up and we happily cooked and made snacks. The area where the apartment is located is absolutely beautiful, a market street with very little traffic. There is an abundance of dining options to suits everyone. The location to the river is about a 5 minute walk and metro and bus stations very close by. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this gorgeous apartment. Marina is a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and only too happy to help out with suggestions. She made my children feel so welcome to stay and let them use the PlayStation!

The heart of Paris

My family and I have been to a lot of homestays/airbnbs and this was by far the best one we have stayed at. Marina is such a lovely host, great communication and was happy to help us with tourism advice throughout our stay via whatsapp. The apartment is in the best location, right in the heart of Paris, close to all the shops, stations and sights to see. It is also very homely and you feel so welcome! There was tea, coffee, snacks and a great view of the top of St Eustache church which lights up at night. Definitely recommend staying at this beautiful apartment!
