Interior Living Area: The open concept living area features a living/dining area with over 30' of windows bathing you in sunlight and views from every angle of the beach, coastline, and pier park. There is plenty of seating with a couch, love seat and 2 oversized chairs. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and granite counters. Enjoy ocean views from the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, icemaker, blender, Keurig coffee machine. A dining table and kitchen bar offer enough seating for your entire party. Every kitchen gadget you could want to prepare a small snack or a gourmet meal has been provided. Bedrooms: Inside the condo, you'll find 3 well-appointed bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, en suite bathroom, a wall of sliding glass doors, and an ocean view. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, a sunset view, and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and own bathroom. Two master suites have gorgeous gulf views, plasma TV's and all bedrooms have new comfy mattresses!
