THE SPACE

This 400sf Standard Unit features:
- 2 Double beds;
- TV w/ premium channels;
- Wifi;
- Mini-Fridge, Microwave, and Coffee Maker;
- Rollaway bed for 5th person is $20 per roll-away/night plus 7% tax, based upon availability, maximum of one rollaway per room;
- Towels, sheets, and linen are provided - you don't need to bring a thing!

Housekeeping is available every 3 days, and there is also a coin operated laundry in the building. Whether you're here to explore the attractions of St.Pete Beach or to enjoy a carefree vacation by the ocean, this beach-side rental is in the perfect location for your getaway.

THE PROPERTY

Our resort provides the following on-site amenities:
- Direct beach access;
- Large swimming pool;
- 24/7 Front desk and Security;
- Loungers, umbrellas, and towels by the pool (not at the beach);
- Beachside Tiki-Bar;
- Coin-operated laundry in the building;
- Free self-parking is included in the resort fee for 1 vehicle per room. Additional vehicles are charged $20 per day plus 7% tax (tax subject to change without notice) and will be collected upon check-in via the credit card authorization.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The resort fee is not included in the daily rate. A MANDATORY RESORT FEE OF $50/DAY/UNIT PLUS TAX WILL BE COLLECTED UPON ARRIVAL.
- Upgrade to Beachfront Unit and Pool View Unit are available for an additional fee.
- Hotel rooms and indoor public areas are 100% smoke free. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. A minimum $250 fee will be charged to the guest if smoking occurs in a guest room or any public indoor areas.
- Early departures will result in a charge of one-night room and tax.

We Had A Blast

We had a great time staying here. Below I will list the Pros and Cons of this place CONS: -Air was not that strong/cold -- we like our rooms FREEZING! -No hot-tub -- probably best for COVID right now, but we love hottubs! -There is a parking fee -- I listed this as a con for anyone reading this that might have a car. We did NOT have a car, so we did not have a fee for this but I thought it would be good to warn people about this just in case they are considering getting a car PROS -RIGHT ON THE BEACH!! such an easy access to the beach! We saw many beautiful sunsets! - The pool is very nice and is SOO WARM!! Heated pools will always be a plus - There is a bar that serves drinks and food right by the pool and beach. The food was AMAZING! We recommend the chicken quesdillas. They were amazing. The drinks were also super good! We recommend the mango drink! -Great area. walking distance to stores and restauants. We went to Crabby Bills and their food was to die for!! - The rooms were pretty clean, and they were exactly like the pictures. They were pretty outdated but that did not matter to us because we were barely even in the room. The room had a mini fridge and a coffee maker, which was super convenient -There is a breakfast restaurant attached to the hotel and the staff were super friendly, and the food was good. Overall, there really was not much bad things to say about this. We are a young couple that likes to stay at decent places that give you a good deal price. This place has a nice pool and right on the beach -- what more can you ask for?!
