The Cottage is located in the middle of the Salt Lake Valley. It is 2 minutes to the freeway (I-15 entrance). Downtown Salt Lake is a quick 10-15 minute drive. The Canyons are 15-20 minutes away. Salt Lake City has great food, great shopping and amazing outdoor activities. The Cottage has a mid-century modern decor. The furnishings are clean and comfortable. This property is within walking distance to Trax and public transportation. It is located near a light industrial area with a few other houses and apartments next door. The Front Runner tracks are across a field across the street and has an occasional train come through. We know you will enjoy staying in such a great space to enjoy such a great place as Salt Lake City.

Perfect!

The property was in a great location and very private with some nice views of the mountains with trees in the yard. Lots of parking. The beds were comfortable, and the modern thermostat kept us cozy. I enjoyed watching the trains go by across the street and they are quiet and not all disturbing. I would stay here again.

Nice Place

It is as the listing shows. Seems newly renovated and fairly clean. Location is nothing special and need a car to get anywhere. Functional and reasonably priced for a stay in the salt lake area.
