Rental includes use of premium beach chairs, pool floaties and toys, garage access and access to community hot tub, pool & kitchen.

The home has a private residential elevator, it goes from Floor1 all the way to the roof. (we also have stairs).
Located between the airport and the Island Moorings marina ship store. If you fly in, you can walk to the home (it's across the street and 1 building away). If you arrive by water, you can also walk to the home from your slip.
We have furnished the home with your comfort in mind. We have plush memory foam mattresses, all cotton bedding and high quality, generously sized bath towels.
The two king bedrooms have blackout window coverings. The Queen over Queen bunk room has interior louvered shutters.
Garage access included one garage slot and we give you garage door remote for your convenience. There are two additional parking spots in the driveway. Overflow parking available onsite. We do not have trailer parking in this community, but I can help you find a spot as needed.
Your rental includes use of premium Ostrich beach chairs which are adjustable, recline and have a foot rest. We also have a large cooler for the beach, plenty of pool floaties and toys.
Boat slip is available for $28/night or you can keep your vessell at Island Moorings which is just next to us.
If you are hiring a guide, have your captain pick you up right behind the home at Island Moorings fuel station. You can pickup ice, etc. at Island Moorings Ship Store.
The rooftop spa is professionally balanced and cleaned biweekly in the high season (mid May to Labor Day weekend) usually on Tuesday and Friday, then it's serviced weekly in the off season, usually on Friday. By booking this home, you acknowledge that you will allow her to access the roof through the private elevator and do the cleaning. She is licensed and bonded. She rings the doorbell before entering and she never comes before 10am.
