Just arriving at this villa and seeing the magnificent panoramic views over Chysochou Bay and Latchi Harbour will, without a doubt, put you in the mood to enjoy a calm and peaceful holiday of a lifetime.

As you enter this beautiful villa, you will find the living room area with comfortable sofas, widescreen TV and large patio doors leading to the garden, and the fully equipped kitchen that includes a dining area and access to the garden, all overlooking the amazing and panoramic views on offer.
The third bedroom can also be found on this floor, complete with two single beds, widescreen TV and patio doors leading to the veranda with seating area. Next to the bedroom is the main bathroom with bathtub, overhead shower and WC

Upstairs, you will find the remaining two bedrooms, both with an en suite bathroom, double bed, widescreen TV and balcony area with sea views. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets

One of the best and most inviting features of this villa is the beautiful garden area. It offers a private pool (heated upon request for 35 EUR per day) and ample outdoor furniture including a day-bed, comfortable sun loungers, rattan dining area and separate seating area, leaving you spoilt for choice where to lay and relax whilst admiring the stunning views that surround you. There is the added luxury of a hot-tub (optional for 25 EUR per day), if you want to completely indulge. You will also find a staircase that leads up to the roof terrace with seating area.

Nice villa

Nice Objekt in the Mountain hills.. we liked very much the heated whirlpool. The pool was also heated but a little bit to cold from the water. The villa is very good furnished and has a really nice view to the sea. The only thing is that you have to take a cold shower in the winter times because it is only heated via the sun of the roof. All in all we would definitely come back to this nice location!
