Nice apartment located in a quiet residential area which is only 100m from the beach. It has a terrace of 11m2, a large living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a laundry room and a recently renewed bathroom. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with a garden and community area where it provides a parking space. This is particularly convenient from 1sr May until mid October, a time when car park must be paid all troughout the beach area. The apartment is all exterior and it faces East, which makes it cooler in the morning and sunny in the afternoon. It is well air-conditioned and is very bright and fresh. It is equipped with TV, CD player, stereo, washing machine and all the necessary household goods, including towels and bed linen. It is located a few meters from a shopping and leisure area and only 1km from l'Anec Blau shopping center and hypermarkets. A train station and bus stop are within short walking distance, making it easy to transfer to other areas of interest such as Barcelona and ​​Sitges.

Zentrale Lage zwischen Strand und Barcelona

Kleine, saubere, hübsch eingerichtete Wohnung 8 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Der Supermarkt kurz vor dem Strand hat alles, was man benötigt und ist Mo-Sa bis 21 Uhr geöffnet (So nur vormittags). Bäcker und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Strand ist toll, sauber und es gibt nette Strandbars. Sehr bequem sind die halbstündlich fahrenden Züge mit denen man in ca. 30 Min. mitten in Barcelona ankommt.

Leider war es für uns trotz geschlossener Fenster etwas laut, da die Bahnlinie und die Autobahn sehr nah sind und an manchen Tagen noch die Flughafenstartbahn dazu kommt. Die Küche ist einfach ausgestattet, die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei, die Betten sind bequem, Wifi und TV sind vorhanden. Schöner, großer Balkon!

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour, appartement très propre et un super accueil de la part d'Eva qui est souriante et de bons conseils touristiques. Plage, supérette, tabac à proximité. Accès pour Barcelone excellent (gare à 5 min à pieds).

Literie très confortable mais petite salle de bain avec une ado pas simple !!! Location a recommandée.

Buena semana en Castelldefels

La semana en Castelldefels fue buena, con una playa muy amplia y sin problemas para estar en primera línea. Eva nos explicó muchas cosas sobre donde comer, comprar, etc.

El apartamento tiene sus ventajas e inconvenientes:

Ventajas: el imprescindible aire acondicionado, cercanía al mar, a la estación de Renfe para ir a Barcelona y muy cerca también de un supermercado con todo lo deseable. Por supuesto, también, la plaza de parking fundamental.

Inconvenientes: Segundo piso sin ascensor, muy cercano a la vía del tren, por lo que se oyen pasar la infinidad de trenes que circulan cada día, ventanos en lugar de persianas, con lo que a las 6:15 ya entra la luz y, por último, mucho calor en las habitaciones para dormir. Con el aire acondicionado no se puede dormir toda la noche, por lo que abres las ventanas, pero a las 6, además de la luz, ya pasa el primer tren del día... Si cierras los ventanos, aparte de que se siguen oyendo los trenes, te entra toda la luz del día. Un poco difícil conciliar el sueño a partir de esa hora.

Creo necesario, sin embargo, puntualizar cierta información que puede inducir a malos entendidos: - Las ventanas tienen porticones para cerrar el paso de la luz - No existe ninguna restricción en el uso del aire acondicionado. El huésped es libre de dejarlo encendido durante la noche. Hechas estas aclaraciones, reitero mi agradecimiento a mis huéspedes por su trato cordial, su amabilidad y el buen uso y cuidado de las instalaciones.

Bright and clean apartment in a very good position

My family and I (2 adults and 2 children of 10 and 6) have just come back after 1 week holiday in Castelldefels. Eva's apartment is just as you can see it in the picture: it is very clean and bright, just 5 minute walk from a lovely sandy beach and a clean sea, good for children and less than 10 minutes to the train station. The local supermarket can be reached in just few minute walk and many restaurants to choose from are nearby. We really enjoy our stay in this apartment, which was equipped with everything we needed, WI-FI, TV, books and even little toys for the children. The apartment is in a very quiet place and a great base to explore Castelldefels , Sitges and Barcelona (just 30 minutes by train).

We usually had breakfast, lunch and dinner on the terrace, which was very good for relaxing.

Maybe the bathroom is a little small and it has no window ... anyway we consider this apartment very functional and we would suggest it with no doubt to families like us going to Castelldefels.

Eva is a very lovely woman, very helpful and can put you at your ease from the beginning.

All considered, our staying in Eva's apartment can only be very positive! :-) :-)

saubere, helle und freundliche Wohnung

Die helle, gepflegte und saubere Wohnung strahlt eine freundliche Atmosphäre aus. Zu Fuß ist der Strand auch mit Kleinkindern binnen weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Auf dem Weg dorthin findet man einen Supermarkt, einen Bäcker, einen Fleischer, ein Fischgeschäft und ein Restaurant. Auch zur Bahn ist es zu Fuß nicht weit. Mit der Bahn ist man z.B. in 30 Minuten in Barcelona. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Sie hat uns z.B. für die Kinder Spielsachen und einen Buggy zur Verfügung gestellt. Am Strand haben wir die meiste Zeit verbracht. Dieser ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und bietet abgesehen vom Meer für Kinder diverse Spielplätze und für Erwachsene Fitnessgeräte und eine kilometerlange befestigte Promenade zum Laufen. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen und empfehlen diese Wohnung auch Freunden.

Parfait !

Location que je recommande, pas loin de Barcelone plus une place de parking ce qui est top ! Appartement conforme au photo avec un trés bonne acceuil d'Eva que je remercie beaucoup. Une femme trés gentille qui seras vous conseillez sur les sorties, les restaurants, les boutiques....

Proche de la gare (5min a pied), une superette, un tabac à 100 métres, la plage au bout de la rue!

Une belle terasse trés agreable avec une grande table et le soleil de 14h jusqu'a son couché. Vous pouvez louer sans hésitez !!

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area a few meters from the beach. It is a community of neighbors with garden and communal area. A 200m found a well-stocked supermarket, a tobacconist, butcher, bakery and a frankly recommended for anyone who enjoys seafood and fish quality fish. If you have car, we can reach in 10 minutes l'Ànec Blau, where you will find shops of the most popular brands (Pull @ Bear, Zara, Berska, Mango, H & M, Levi's, ...), services, shopping center (hairdresser, laundry, dry cleaning, keys, shoe repair, ...) and leisure activities (cinemas and restaurants). Fortunately, we have about also two centers of great interest both for its beauty as for its tourism and leisure, history, cultural heritage, architecture, etc: Barcelona and Sitges. Both cities are between 15 and 20 km and easily accessible either with own car or public transport (train and bus). For those who move to public transport, the apartment is near a bus stop and train station.

Travelers who want to enjoy the local cuisine will find very near the area restaurants serving seafood, fish, meat and of course, paella! In addition to the Catalan cuisine, also you find Galician and Basque restaurants of high quality and, of course, restaurants of many other nationalities (China, Mexico, Italy, Indonesia, Argentina, ...).

In summer the beach is full of activity, not only because of bathers but also thanks to its charming bars spread along the entire beach, and offer day (restoration, Zumba, music, activities for children, ...) and night (food, music, dance, concerts, ...). Enjoy a sunset at the beach sitting in a bar, drinking a beer, with good background music, good company and skyline views are simply spectacular! And without having to worry about the kids ... and the snack bar offers play areas and, of course, the beach itself.
