Nestled within a ranch-style house and equipped with air conditioning (AC), this space offers a cool and comfortable stay regardless of the weather outside. Perfectly positioned on the border of Costa Mesa and Huntington Beach, our location promises the best of both worlds.

Adjacent to the serene Fairview Nature Park, our unit invites you to enjoy the tranquility of nature with all the comforts of home, including a refreshing AC system for those warmer days or heating for colder. Whether you're seeking a peaceful escape or an adventure by the sea, our space is your ideal, climate-controlled base.

Guest Access:
As our valued guest, you'll enjoy the privacy and convenience of a full, private access to the apartment through your own dedicated entrance. This ensures a secluded and comfortable stay, allowing you to come and go as you please, adding an extra layer of privacy to your visit.

Please be aware that while parking may be available, Suite C does not have designated parking within the property. Street parking is available and usually isn't a problem. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility regarding the parking situation as you plan your stay at our unique and rustic retreat.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet and woodsy. Across the street is Fairview Park with great hiking trails! There is a path to the beach which is 2 miles away. A beautiful 200 acre nature reserve, Talbert Nature Preserve & the Santa Ana River Trail. Being so close to the park we do have a company that sprays for bugs and traps mice around the whole property and most guests don't run into any problems but being so close to such a big park their is always a potential.

Getting Around:
Canyon Ranch is close to the beach however its less than 2 miles to the freeway so it's easy to get anywhere.
