It has a queen size bed & a Twin/Twin bunk. A Sofa sleeper is located in the living room for additional guests.

The neighborhood has brick paved streets lined with colorful Florida Cottages, and a 3000 square foot Community pool is heated during Thanksgiving week, Christmas week and for Spring Break. This home is located within steps of the pool and directly behind the club house with a state of the art fitness room. The Beach Retreat community is within a mile of Pompano Joes, Capt. Dave's and the Crab Trap Restaurants. We are centrally located near to all of Destin's wonderful Restaurants, water sports, children's activities, outlet mall, upscale shopping, casual and fine dining, movie theater and beautiful golf courses.
