Perfectly situated in Sao Joao and just as pictured!

Our stay in the flat was lovely. The pictures depict the place perfectly, the location is excellent and Katia was wonderful in making us comfortable after a long day of travel with checking in. The outside area is peaceful for coffee in the morning and Sao Joao always proves to be one of our favorite locations in Portugal for the neighborhood vibe and proximity to the beach.

Lovely property in great location, June '17

Property is fully equipped with everything you could need. Great shower, comfy beds, fresh towels and linen, plenty of storage for suitcases, great wifi. Katia met us on arrival and departure. She was very helpful and gave us lots of info about the locality. 5 mins stroll to the nearest beach. Super local shop en route with the freshest of fruit and veg. Lovely stroll along waterfront promenade all the way to Cascais where there is every kind of restaurant. We had a car but you don't need one, great local transport. It was handy though for going to Sintra, definitely worth a visit! As is Lisbon where you should try Tram 28. There are also lots of other beaches within a short drive. This was our first but not definitely not last visit to Portugal.

Cute and cozy newly renovated property

We recently stay at this property and have nothing but great things to say. Booking was easy and they were accommodating with a couple of changes we needed to make. Katia greeted us at the property on our arrival and gave us a review of the apartment. She also spent some time telling us about the area and suggesting places to go, places to eat and how to get around. Very helpful.

We were a group of 5 adults and had plenty of room in the apartment. It was newly renovated and equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. It is located close to cafe/bakery, small market, 5 min walk. We walked to train station, approximately 15 mins. Access to beach was close, although we never made it there. Too cold and lots of other activities to do.

If you have time we would strongly suggest a visit to Sintra, plan at least 1 full day to tour. Beautiful, enchanting palaces, underground tunnels and a 27m deep well with built in staircase. We had a car and drove there, 20 mins, but there is also a train to take you there.

Very pleased with our visit to Estoril and would not hesitate to recommend this property. Would love to return someday.

Gemütlich und zentral

Sehr schönes Apartment, gut ausgestattet, sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Nur zu empfehlen.

Die Lage ist zentral, ca. 400m bis zum Strand. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich einige gute Restaurants. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

modern comfy flat in perfect location

We simply loved our stay here. Perfect place for a small family with young kids. The flat is brand new and has a nice outside area for alfresco dinner or kids to play. Very close to the beach and restaurants and nice deli grocery. Nuno and Katia were extremely

helpful and professional and went the extra mile to accommodate us. We highly recommend this place, and will definitely stay again.
