Perfect Property
We stayed here in November/December of 2023. The property was chosen for its proximity to the Cancer Center at UC Health Highlands Ranch and exceeded our expectations. Under 5 minutes to the hospital by car and about the same by foot to restaurants, barbers/salons and the Douglas County Library.
A wonderful Safeway was less than half a mile away. We were able to cook the required meals in a spacious kitchen that was the heart of the main floor of the townhouse. We ate a few meals in the gorgeous dining room but for the most part we sat at the breakfast bar between the kitchen and the family room.
The upstairs area held a second office area as well as two very nice bedrooms and two full baths. The master bath holds a very relaxing garden tub and a separate shower.
Joe is a very responsive, wonderful host and very flexible about our check-out time due to a noon final cancer treatment. Thank you so much Joe!
The neighborhood is quiet and no noticeable sound from the adjoining unit. The end unit location gives extra privacy. Best of all, a small patio is located between the two-car garage and the townhouse. I am sure summer visitors would take great advantage of the grill.
This townhouse was the perfect property and really reduced the stress associated with the medical treatment. Five stars is not enough!
