Beautiful two bedroom apartment in the centre of Grand Canal Dock. Surrounded by scenic views of the the Grand Canal Dock area, the city and the Dublin Mountains, this is the most perfectly located apartment to enjoy great proximity to the city centre.
Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with 4 beds to sleep six people comfortably. The apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival and all bedlinen and towels are provided for you freshly laundered.
All bills are included and there is Hi-Speed Wi-Fi internet throughout the apartment. Cable TV is provided by UPC and we have a 32 inch flatscreen in your living room. The curtains are all remote controlled.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances including coffee machine, and there is a washer dryer in the apartment.
There are two double beds and two single foldable beds in the apartment. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the Grand Canal Dock and is surrounded on all sides with views through the glass walls across the harbour, the mountains and the city centre itself.
Situated just 15 minutes walk from the bustling Grafton Street, this apartment is within easy walking distance of Temple Bar, O'Connell Street, Henry Street, and the Stephen's Green Shopping Centre.
Taxis pass the block constantly so you are always able to get a cab. Parking is also included and you are about 5 minutes walk from the DART/Train Station as well.
The apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival, and we are always on call in case you need us. My own apartment is just across the quay and I am able to help anytime.

This modern apartment is in a great location on the docklands, with views to die for. Close to tech co offices and Trinity College, and an easy safe walk into Temple Bar.
My flight was severely delayed in Dubai, but it was easy to alert Mark and Matt using the HomeAway app, and they were patiently waiting for me when I arrived.
Only a tiny tip - if possible to get the owner to fix the slightly ill fitting window seal on some of the windows, that would restore the silence from traffic noise below. Not a major for me, but would make this apartment live up to its reputation.
All in all, I would definitely stay again next time I am in Dublin.
Great location next to fabulous eatery KC Peaches which is highly recommended. Taxi service runs continuous, along with bus service. Only a couple of blocks from the DART station. Mark was prompt in getting to us with keys and taking us to the apartment and sharing information with us. Everything was fabulous except the hot water. We ran out of hot water on several occasions but Mark was prompt in letting us know how to correct this issue. This is the only reason for four stars instead of five. We would stay here again.
Four of us enjoyed our three nights here, very convenient and well run. Joe the caretaker took care of us instantly and efficiently whenever we needed help, which was rare. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting an introduction to Dublin, since you can see the whole city from the living room. One bedroom faces east and one west, so pick your sunrise or sunset. The bathtub is a luxury and you will sleep well.
Wish we'd had more time to enjoy the property and what the area had to offer. Beautiful views and very accommodating staff.
This property's best attribute is its drop dead gorgeous view. It is on the 12th floor of an all glass condo building surrounded by canals. There were a few minor maintenance issues that I discussed at check out and he promised that they would be fixed pronto. It is also in a very good location. There is a grocery store and numerous good restaurants nearby. Also, there is a large performance theater a block away which we went to one evening. It is worth the money.
We arrived from the airport late morning and met up with someone at a close by restaurant to get the keys. The apartment was ready for us so we were able to unload our car and settle in. The car park is across the street, very secure and at no cost. We did not use the car in Dublin so it was good to know it was safe for the few days we were there. The apartment was on the 12th floor and felt like we were in the tallest building in Dublin. The building is very modern and the exterior walls are almost all glass and with the balcony you have almost a 360 view of Dublin, the port and the sea. There were 4 us us so the the 2 bedroom plus the pullout bed in the living room worked great. It was a little stuffy at night. It was very windy the days we were in Dublin so we were not able to keep may windows open (the bedroom windows were taped shut so no opportunity to get fresh air). The apartment was well equipped including shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. No soap or body wash was provided. There are several grocery stores close by including some natural food stores and a more extensive Spar a few blocks to the south. Peaches coffee shop a half a block away also had coffee and a pastry for 4 euro. Many good restaurants and a few traditional pubs close by. Facebook, IBM and Google are just a few of business close buy so there was always lost of activity. Easy walking distance to Trinity College, Temple Bar and the river walk. Cabs are easy to find and several buses run by the apartment. Definitely a great stay in Dublin and no complaints about the apartment.
