Two bedroom apartment enjoying fantastic sea views

Located in the Middle of Xemxija Bay , very close to the seafront is a two bedroom first floor apartment , entrance one finds an open plan kitchen/living /dinning room two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower , It also has a lovely terrace enjoying views of Xemxija Bay ,

This apartment is brand new with modern furniture and fully equipped. Only a few minutes walk away one finds a few restaurants, (a Greek restaurant, Chinese and traditional Maltese restaurants ) also a few coffee shops , Just a few minutes walk is St Pauls Bay with more Bars and a lot more restaurants. And a short drive is Mellieha Village also having one of the largest sandy beaches on the island

Ideal Location and Great Facilities

Beautiful area to stay in Malta being close to many great beaches, plenty of restaurants to choose from and lovely promenade for a late night walk.

Our family including two adults and two young children (under 5) stayed in Apartment no 1 for 4 weeks. The unit was fully equipped with everything you need for your stay whether short or long.

Parking was never a problem, day or night which made life easy.

The property was presented as described on the site and clean. Alexandra was very easy to communicate with and offered assistance if required.

Would have been nice to have some staples though such as bread and milk especially after a 24 hour + flight from Sydney with children. Maybe something to consider Alexandria but otherwise we had a very enjoyable stay and would most definitely return.

Beautiful view BUT apartment VERY NOISY

The pictures presented on web site correspond to the apartment.

It is very well equipped, and the view on Saint Paul bay is beautiful and pleasant.

But, the main problem is the noise all the day and night.

The main road which goes to Gozo passes behind the apartment. All the day, there are a lot of cars, trucks and buses…

The night, it is difficult to sleep correctly due to the noise, hubbub, of the road …

This apartment is not for relaxing holiday

Located on the the seafront enjoying breathtaking sea views of Xemxija Bay (meaning sunny Bay ), Ideal for taking relaxing walk along the seafront towards St Pauls Bay , One would also find Restaurants, and coffee shops very close to the apartment

. Xemxija is a few minutes drive away to the sandy beaches of Golden Bay, and to Mellieha Bay. Xemxija is a quiet resort, surrounded by Maltese countryside

By walk one can find a picturesque small fishing harbour, Hotel, Restaurants, wine bar, Pubs and Mini-Market which are open 7 days a week. Nightlife, shops, cinema, casino and bars can be found in the villages of St Paul's Bay, Bugibba and Qawra, all within a 5 minute drive.

Located just a few meters from the apartment is the Xemxija Heritage Trail. A walk along this trail whilst enjoying the magnificent country side, one can see the remains of thousands of years of history that the Islands of Malta have.
