Wake up to birds singing! This old stone mill is located in the heart of an exceptional natural site, close to a pond and the forest. It will delight lovers of fishing and walking. Relaxation and calm assured. The perfect place to disconnect!

The house is located at the edge of the pond of Rochereuil, an exceptional site where you will be able to benefit from the forest paths and the lake (notice to the amateurs of fishing). Two villages, Sévignac and Rouillac, are nearby (2km).

In Sévignac, you will find a bar-tobacco very welcoming, a post office, and a real artisanal bakery (I advise you to crack for its "cobblestone Rochereuil"!). And Rouillac, a bar-tobacco-grocery store with a very nice section of beer.
Otherwise, the city Broons 10 minutes by car offers all the amenities (markets, butcher, pharmacy, fish, supermarkets, restaurants ...).
