Property was nice. The service was ok. The pool was not cleaned. The staff was not good. The food was good. Because the staff leaves at 4pm we had to dinner at 3 pm that was bad. Overall it was not a good experience. I would not stay there again an I would not book with Vrbo again. Vrbo was suppose to credit one day because I changed my depart date back in March or April and I did not receive my credit

Best place for the best price

The photos don’t do justice for the quality of place this is, from the awesome food to the excellent service. You feel like a king from the moment you walk in. Staff is super friendly and very attentive on everything you need before you ask!! Jeimmy didn’t have a problem with us celebrating my grandmothers birthday; they even helped us organize everything, from getting us a cake to helping us find mariachis!!! If you want to spend your family vacation at a great place, then this is the one!! I can keep going on all day on how amazing this place is but all I can say is we truly felt at home.

Amazing stay!

The photos doesn't do the property justice. Our stay was wonderful from prechecking and throughout the stay. Staff was helpful they assisted with arranging a party coordinating Mariachi's and made a wonderful dinner. If using the chauffer I suggest making plans ahead of time. Felt very safe would definitely stay here again!
