Property is located In Riverview, close to highways and entertainment, 30 min from beaches and night life. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Bedroom is upstairs has a private bathroom and lots of space. Bay window allows for extra space. The bedroom has carpet, there’s a tv, fridge & microwave; queen bed and futon. Room has its own ac unit.

Comfy & cozy space, good communication.

Nice experience… it was safe, cozy, and nice small touches of convenience (like ice cubes in refrigerator, paper towels, flowers in vases, and very friendly dog to greet you).
