About Josh Russell
My grandfather purchased this building in 1930 using it as his furniture store. My father developed the building into 20 offices and 16 condos selling off several while keeping this penthouse unit for himself.

The condo is very clean and has everything you would need. The building is very quiet but is located very close to a few pubs which people could be heard from while walking down the street. It is Philadelphia so it’s expected. There was a noise machine located in the front bedroom which drowned out most of the noise. The beds are queen size and have a memory foam mattress. They are fairly comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants & pubs within walking distance. The liberty bell is only a short walk as well as the light rail on 2nd street. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
cozy and convenient
Great location -- don't overlook all of the fantastic restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Perfect stay if you are hitting up the museums, Liberty Bell, and Independence Hall. Kind of a long haul if you are attending an event at the convention center though.
Great apartment. Great area
The apartment was very clean. Listing photos are accurate. Location is great. Short walk to water, Penns Landing. Moderate walk to center of city. Lots of restaurants. Felt safe in and around building. .
Love this Unit!
Happy we chose here. Unit was very nice and spic-and-span clean. Historic elements such as brick walls and beams were awesome.. Excellent location. Owner quickly responsive and easy to work with. No problems at all.
Very enjoyable stay
Fantastic place with a ton of attention to details. The manager was very responsive. The space is in one of the best locations in Philadelphia.
Don't even bother getting a car. Uber from the airport, buy a Septa Key and the entire city is at your footsteps.
