A beautiful, luxuriously finished home on Marbella Estate in the Jan Thiel residential area.

The property has 3 bedrooms all with fan and air conditioning and has 2 bathrooms.

The management is outsourced and they will always be ready for you. It is possible that a grocery package will be ready for you upon arrival (the resort does not have a supermarket; the nearest is 2.5 km away).

Everything about the house was perfect. Jill and Monique were wonderful and very responsive. Jill gave us great suggestions for food and fun. Close to the beaches. We had a very relaxing week. Thank you both for offering such a great house.

Beautiful villa + perfect location

We loved our stay at Monique's home in Jan Thiel area. We stayed on the west part of the island last year and it was 30 mins to get groceries. Here it is less than 10.mins even if traffic is bad. Lots of great restaurants & food trucks nearby. House was very clean, fresh paint, very well maintained. Beautiful garden with birds and iguanas. Not too many bugs which is great! Any concerns Monique dealt with fairly, and quickly. The estate feels safe and secure. We would stay again in a heart beat; we didnt want to leave. We will recommend to friends and family! Thank you for hosting us Monique!

Perfect location to relax and enjoy the Island

The online description and pictures are completely accurate. The kitchen is well equipped and there are grocery stores close by. We had a car so everything was easy to reach. The outdoor area is heaven for relaxing at all times of the day or evening. It was nicely decorated but not fussy so easy to keep tidy - a plus with young adults. The owner was very nice and quickly answered any questions I had. Hope to return again.
