Two bedroom two bath newly remodeled and fully furnished home located in one of Floridas premier golf cart communities. Located just off I - 75 south of Tampa and within minuets of beaches. This is a 55 and older community that requires one occupant to be 55 years old or older. House is rented with golf cart. There is a complete kitchen with all new appliances. Two bedrooms and baths that are separated by family room. One bedroom has Queen bed and the other bedroom has twin beds. There is a queen sofa sleeper bed in the living room if needed. Sun porch overlooks small lake with wildlife. Rental comes with a golf cart that can be used throughout the community from sunrise to sunset. Located just one hour from Disney and 35 minuets from St. Pete Beach. Rental requires 28 day minimum stay.

Beautifully decorated home!

This home is beautiful. Everything was updated very clean at everything you would ever dream you would need for accessories. Done was in close communication to any questions we had. Highly recommend this poem

Great place

This was our 2nd time to stay here. We spent 2 1/2 months this time. Enjoyed every day. Beds and furniture are comfy. Kitchen well stocked for cooking/eating meals. Owner Don is always available if needed. We enjoyed the use of the golf cart and amenities in town. The neighbors are very friendly. Can’t wait to return.
