About this property

Ideal for spa guests and holidaymakers wishing to take advantage of the Charente climate thanks to a pretty, flowery private terrace facing south in the calm of a shared courtyard.

T2 furnished 2 * renovated, comfortable, very bright, 1 bathroom with fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Hyper center, 300m place Colbert, 10 min. on foot from the thermal baths, shops, market, cinema, museums, medical services, Hermione ... on foot. Free street parking. Well-served SNCF station.
Beaches 12km, Ile d'Oleron 30 km, La Rochelle 30 km, Royan 38 km.

Living room and new and functional fitted kitchen area: pyrolysis oven, 4 induction hobs, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, TV, table and four chairs, storage cupboard, buffet, relaxation chair, coffee tables, BZ 120 two places, complete kitchen set (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, pressure cooker ...).
Bedroom: parquet, two twin beds 90X190 spring comfort mattress, two bedside tables, large mirrored wardrobe and small storage space.
Bathroom: WC, sink and vanity unit, 90 cm quadrant shower, hair dryer, electric towel dryer, drying rack.
Terrace: 2 chairs, table, parasol, 2 bike poles, barbecue possibility.
Electric heating, high speed internet, no smoking, pets not allowed.

Price all charges included (electricity, heating, water, internet). Minimum 2 weeks from Saturday to Saturday. Spa package on request (from € 530 for 3 weeks). Option cleaning option: 40 €, linen rental (15 euros per bedding). Rates for 2 people. 3rd person: supplement of 5 € / night.

Bonne adresse pour visiter Rochefort et ses environs

Il y a beaucoup à visiter dans et autour de Rochefort. Et cette location est magnifiquement bien située. Très lumineuse, située en rez de courette, très calme, elle est très sympa. Très bons contacts avec Sandrine qui s'occupe de l'accueil et avec Nicolas le propriétaire. Nous reviendrons.

Idéalement situé

à 5 minutes à pieds de l'arsenal, de la Charente, voie rapide pour allez sur la Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Ile d'Oléron, Zoo Palmyre. Logement Calme bien décoré.

Véritable petit nid douillet

Cet appartement est très agréable, décoré avec goût et fonctionnel. Il est très bien situé pour profiter de Rochefort tout en étant au calme. Nous le recommandons vivement.
