Peaceful oceanfront

Much to say about this amazing place! This oceanfront studio is a modest place, with everything we needed for an amazing vacation. The listing is very accurate including the photographs, and the owner/agent was always responsive and welcoming. This studio was well setup with updated amenities, a comfortable bed, equipped updated kitchen and bathroom. We spent much time on the Lania taking in the breathtaking views of Napili Bay, and surrounding areas. There are a couple of grocery stores nearby. We snorkeled every day in Napili Bay and saw some amazing fish and other reef critters. The view is also great for whale watching. It was also nice to have a couple of nice beach chairs to take with us. It was great that all we had to do was step out the door and we were on the beach. The sound of the surf was also an amazing part of the experience at this studio and added much to our peaceful experience.

Nice getaway spot

We had previously stayed in an adjacent unit, that while more expensive, is far more updated and has better supplies overall. This unit is nice with signs of wear and tear. We did have to ask for glassware and additional bath towels, and kitchen towels. The management company was quick to respond! We came to see the whales in the channel and we were able to watch them from the balcony! The beach in front of the unit is peaceful and clean. A wonderful location. If starting at the condos again, I would check the specifics of each unit before making a selection. That said, we would definitely stay at Napili Bay condos again!

Location, location, location

We have stayed at the complex before but in another unit. This unit had been updated with new flooring, kitchen cabinets and appliances (no DW). It is right on the beach overlooking beautiful Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay is a ten minute walk so there are two handy swimming and snorkeling spots. It had two beach chairs and umbrella which were great although one chair should be replaced due to wear and tear. No AC (which we knew about) but no problem with louvered windows and fans. The louvers should be lubricated because some were quite sticky. Since there is no DW there should be dish towels, but they were not provided and the manager advised that the owner does not provide those. There were no hot pads either so we had to use wash cloths. Seems like a minor expense to provide those. For the three weeks we were there, the toilet ran the entire time. We contactedMaui Beachfront Rentals (the manager) on our second day there because it seemed like a waste of water and expensive, particularly if water use is metered. They said they would contact the owner, but no action was ever taken. Despite these complaints, which could be easily and cheaply remedied, we would rent there again. It’s a nice unit with such a great location.

Just beautiful.

A perfect spot right on the ocean. Would have liked the gazebo to be open longer than 2 pm though. Dinner or drinks on the water would have been super nice.

Absolutely love that you are feet from the beach! That is for sure the best thing about this location. There were some unwelcome insect friends but got over that. Got a bit warm in there but would stay again simply for location.
