About this property

For your holidays, I propose the rental of a small house near Malestroit (small city of character), as well as Josselin with its castle, Rochefort en Terre (elected favorite village of the French in 2016), or the Gacilly.
We are 20 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan.
For your walks, you can enjoy the Nantes-Brest canal, as well as the greenway.
The cottage is composed on the ground floor:
A dining room (table, benches)
A fitted kitchen (microwave, oven, hob, fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher).
A closed bed 2 people (120 cm wide).

First floor:
1 bedroom with a double bed (120 cm wide), and a single bed (90 cm wide).
1 small lounge with a television
1 bathroom (washbasin, shower, toilet, washing machine)

Une belle surprise

Des propriétaires adorables, une petite maison bien pensée. Nous n'avons aucune critique a faire concernant notre séjour ou notre réservation. Nous souhaitons juste pouvoir y retourner dès que possible. Petite maison très confortable, rénovée et décorée avec amour dans un style traditionnel qui fait tout son charme. Une semaine très agréable qui est passée trop vite. En prime, une totale liberté et une confiance de la part de nos hôtes qui nous ont beaucoup marqué. Bref, nous recommandons a 200% cette adresse et souhaitons a ses propriétaires d'offrir pour longtemps encore de belles vacances à St Marcel.

Nos vacances dans le Morbihan

Location très agréable, très au calme et très bien placée pour visiter la région. Les N165 et 166 sont à 2kms de la maison ce qui permet de se rendre sur le littoral et autres destinations en très peu de temps. Je recommande fortement !!

Situé à égale distance de plusieurs sites à visiter, nous avons pu voir et profiter de la Bretagne à fond et nous reposer dans ce petit écrin très typique et très confortable ! Je n'ai jamais vu un gîte aussi propre et tout est bien pensé pour assurer un bon séjour. Les propriétaires sont hyper sympas et peuvent nous conseiller des sorties et visites. Malestroit est une ville magnifique où il fait bon flâner, le gîte est au calme et on peut profiter de son petit jardin tranquillement. À coup sûr nous y reviendrons, gros coup de cœur !
