About this property

House with 4 cottages, at the entrance of the village, allowing you to reach the village on foot towards the various shops such as restaurants, bars, convenience store, pharmacy, bakery, tobacco, petrol. They are very pleasant and bright thanks to their large bay window of 4 meters offering a superb view of the Sposata mountain and the St François convent.

The 4 x 10 m swimming pool is common to lodges and guest rooms.

65 m2 cottage for 4 to 6 people consist of 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds), a sitting area with sleeping possibilities, a 25 m2 terrace, an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster), a TV, a garden furniture with barbecue, a bathroom with shower 90 cm and a separate toilet, WIFI. Private parking is common to the 3 gites.
