On the road towards St Sernin, go up the few bends towards Lubersac, pass the vines, the small road towards Galicia stops with us!

The Hamlet of Galicia is surrounded by 6 hectares of greenery, with no neighbors or roads. In addition to the calm and the probable passage of a few hares and deer, you can enjoy the swimming pool and the private fishing pond.

Large 3-star gîte renovated in an old farm, comprising:

- a large modern fully equipped kitchen with large farmer's table
- a living room with TV and convertible sofa with a bed of 130 cm
- a master bedroom with 160 cm bed and bathroom with walk-in shower and WC
- a bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a mezzanine with a non-classified 140 cm bed (ceiling height less than 1.80m)

Beau gîte

Catherine et Laurent, anciens parisiens venus s’installer dans la région, seront vous accueillir dans ce beau gîte qui est collé à un autre gîte et près de la maison d’habitation des propriétaires. Le gite est très bien équipé et les couchages sont d’une grande qualité. Attention cependant à la grange qui n’a pas d’accès direct depuis gîte et qui n’est pas en libre d’accès selon vos envies. Celle ci est commune avec l’autre gîte.

Super Week-end grâce à un Gîte splendide

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans ce magnifique gîte. La grange est juste fabuleuse, très spacieuse, avec un super mobilier. Nous conservons l'adresse pour un éventuel petit week end en famille dans les alentours. Merci à Catherine et son mari pour leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance. Manon

Parfait

Nous avons louer le lieu en famille et entre amis pour fêter la nouvelle année. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, gentil et à l'écoute de nos besoins. La maison à été rénové avec goût l'endroit est très calme et spacieux, parfait pour passer un excellent moment ! Je recommande vivement !
