This silent spacious apartment in Mitte- Moabit, is situated 6 min. by bus from the central station. Furnished with design furniture in real oak, vintage lamps and decorated with luxurious Italian tiles, such as Bisazza glass mosaic, and chandeliers. Free parking, wifi-internet, international tv channels. Equipped for babies. (baby cot and baby chair available upon request). Sheets, towels, blankets etc are provided and included in the price.

Rooms, beds and sleeping arrangements:

In the apartment, you have three bedrooms and a large kitchen/living-room. In each of these 4 rooms you have either a real 160cmx200cm bed in massive oak, or a sofa-bed, same size. About the sofa-beds: being pretty expensive sofas of the German brand Bali, they offer - believe it or not - the same comfort of the real beds. I have one in the apartment where I live (the red sofa in the announce "luxury apartment...), and it's incredible how comfortable it is. My mom's back 's pain magically disappears when she sleeps on this sofa bed! :-) The best thing about these sofas is that you can convert them back in a sofa with one hand and that they allow you to leave sheets and blankets inside. So opening and closing them is just a matter of 2-3 seconds.

The second sofa-bed, for the 7th and 8th person, is in the kitchen/living room, same model (yellow in the pictures).

Each room, kitchen/living-room included is completely independent: from each of them, you can access the bathrooms and the street without having to disturb Those who sleep in the other rooms.

Bus station (number M27 and 123) just around the corner. The bus 123 takes you in 6 minutes to and from HBH central station (Departure times: three times per hour, at minutes: 13, 33 and 55). M27 takes you in two stations to the Ringbahn (Circle lines S41 and S42, station "Wedding") in 5 minutes. Alternatively, the Ringbahn can be reached by foot, too, in 10 minutes: Station "Westhafen". The apartment is very central, therefore we suggest renting a bike during the good season.

U-Bahn (Subway) U9, Station "Birkenstrasse", 7 min by foot.
