The interiors feature a large double-height open-space living area with an entrance hall, a living room, a rustic kitchen equipped with a dining area and a staircase to the attic loft.
The living room is equipped with armchairs, a sofa, a chaise-longue, a fireplace and a television.
From the living area leads to the bedroom with double bed and hallway with wardrobe.
In the mezzanine there is a laundry room.
The apartment has a bathroom on the ground floor with 2 accesses one of which is from the living area and the other from the bedroom (through hallway with wardrobe). The bathroom has a tub/shower.
Any requests for change of bed linen and towels are subject to charges.

Ideal accommodation for young people and couples who love relaxation.
The apartment is not suitable for small children due to the presence of the internal staircase to access the mezzanine. No pets allowed in the house and smoking is not allowed (terrace availabe).
Every year, during the penultimate week of july (from 20th to 27h July in 2024), there are the medieval festivals: during this period it will not be possible to enter the historical center after 5pm by car. However, it will be possible to park just outside, 5 minutes walk from the house.
Near the apartment there is a grocery and at 100 meters is the Piazza del Comune with other shops and various services: bakery, pastry shop, pizzeria, pharmacy, bank with ATM, post office, grocery, butcher and tobacconist.
